If I could give this place a zero stars I would. My 13 year old daughter and her friend went here today. They were so disrespected by the cashier. She was a Hispanic woman in her late 30's early 40's and completely rude and inconsiderate. A customer was assisting our girls and was very kind. Due to her behavior while trying to make their purchase they left without buying anything . I've never left a bad Yelp review but I felt this was worth writing. Horrible customer service!!!!!

These people never have medication in stalk and can't ever seem to be able to tell you when they are getting in. If you have a reoccurring monthly prescription, find a different place to get it fill or they tell you to find another place to fill your meds. Ridiculous

First the sale price didn't ring up and then they couldn't get it to and I went through them trying several times by now I just wanted my money back which I was unable to get had to get a gift card which I will never spend because I will never go back to Walgreens again I would like to return everything I bought but would probably get a damn gift card grrrrr

I was looking for a specific item and went to my Walgreens and they didn’t have it so I called this one (Fairview and Locust Grove) and told the girl what I was looking for and she put me on hold and then came back and said they did. I show up 20 mins later and they don’t....her response was she just thought I meant the sale not the actual item! I explained on the phone what I was looking for a specifically asked if it was in stock! Every time I go in this store it’s a mess I only came because I was told you had exactly what I needed. Not impressed
