Been through here many times picking up various things for various reasons. Store is well laid out, pretty standard for any Walgreens. My only negative is the staff at this particular location never seem overly happy and kinda have the "I'm miserable being here" attitude. I'm not sure if the management at this location has been consistently poor, but..one of the most dreary Walgreens in the area I've ever been to over the last 10 years. Hopefully management at this location can make a change for the better in the future.

Walgreens, when you hire managers do you see how they treat people?! This manager CANDI she was the one in charge 4/30/23 at 10:43am. I had a situation where she would deny my switch on my tabacoo because my cashier who was so KIND she accidentally got the wrong kind, but I didn't leave the store I was checking the type and I notices before I left the register but my receipt was coming out so I asked if I can swap it and I'll pay the difference she said yes let me call for assistance no worries we moved out of the other people ringing out. Then the manager with the nasty ATTITUDE and COSTIMER SERVICE just looked at as (black and Mexican) and said oh on we don't exchange or return and I said but we haven't left the store or opened it and she said yeah it's store policy and I asked why isn't it posted for the public? I mean if I opened it sure treat me like shit but I didn't do anything to it. Then she changed it to its states policy. So of course I have 10+ yes of management experience. In retail. Of courses I went to walgreens return policy and it states NOTHING about tabacoo being able to be refunded or exchanged. Then I searched the STATE of IDAHO and nothing about tabacoo being exchanged! So WE ALSO CALLED the local WALGREENS!!! And same thing THERES NO SUCH THING AS SHE STATED THAT ITS STORES OR STATES POLICY. this can easily be a lawsuit for racism and discrimination. Then the manager was in shock that we did our research in less then 10 mins. Even the cashier said she's done this a couple of times and is glad someone is actually is saying something! I FEEL so disgusted you have this manager named CANDI running your store and the worst part your employees and costumersVery disappointed

'Diana' Dyhana you are such a asset in the cosmetic section of this Walgreens .. I so enjoyed you helping me out..you were full of knowledge on the products which I love that you carry .. thank you for helping me .. and thank you @ this Walgreens for carrying La Roche Posay and Vichy from France skin creams and serums ?? THE BEST!!

I transferred my prescriptions to this store in January. Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I am transferring my prescriptions back to my old pharmacy even tho it is a 30 minute drive there compared to 10 minutes to Walgreens.They have messed up my prescriptions three times now. One prescription was suppose to be 1/2 a tablet a day, the instructions they gave said one tablet a daily, I called my doctor to see if it had been changed, it hadn't.Next time I picked up a prescription it was suppose to be 90 pills, the bottle only had 9 pills, Called Walgreens, was told that they couldn't fix the prescription for 4 weeks as the insurance wouldn't pay for a new one so soon. Today picked up a prescription it was suppose to be 3 boxes , they gave me a baggie with 2 vials of meds. I told them it was wrong, the pharmacist supposebly looked it up and said the doctor only prescript. 2 vials, I showed the the receipt that it said 3 boxes. Was told they couldn't fix it until 2 weeks as insurance won't cover the prescription.Staff are horrible in the pharmacy.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in the photo department I have been using their photo services for years and this will be my last time when I finally receive my photos. I ordered Christmas cards (I usually just do the glossy photos (.99 cent per photo) but this year I thought I would spend the extra money and buy the premium card stock (2.49 per card). I did same day pick up and showed up to get them on Black Friday. When I arrived over an hour after they were supposed to be done, they went on to say there was glitch with their system and the computer where the order was processed was not talking to the computer that does the printing. I went back Saturday morning and picked them up. I got home and looked at them and they were horrible. The back of this premium card stock had snowflakes and the card stock was so thin and low quality that you could see the snowflakes on the back showing from the front of the picture. We used a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and the picture looked amazing on the phone and computer. Because the card stock was so terrible the image turned out horrible. I called immediately and said i was very disappointed and i needed this fixed. They assistant manager said no problem just place a new order and come in and they will credit me the difference. I was thrilled with this. I placed the new ordered and decided to just stick with the cheaper glossy photo option as those always turned out great. Again i showed up about an hour after getting the email saying they were ready. I requested for Jeff the assistant manager as he said he was going to process the refund. He pulls the new photos and they looked great and he asked me how he wanted this to be done. I said well you said you would do the exchange and refund me. He said well i need to see the ones you didn't like. I said you said nothing about me needing to bring the other photos back and asked if i could just take the photos and i would bring the others back on Sunday. I was trying to get the photos out in the mail today. He said no you will have to come back. This would be a 3rd trip. I did not think bringing the other photos back would matter as they were trash and what would they do with it?! Sick of wasting my time with this Walgreens and making multiple trips

Lovely staff, however, was told they don't accept blue Cross of Idaho insurance.. .really? Since that is pretty much the only provider up here I was shocked to hear that. Since I could not afford the $76 for my prescription and it has been filled already I was grateful that I had a discount card. Of course I can't get my future prescriptions filled here ... Too bad for Walgreens.
