Extremely expensive. $465.00 for ONE simple short fruitless plum tree with a 2" diameter trunk. Pay an extra $100.00 and they will dig a hole for you. There are many other choices to make when buying trees in the Treasure Valley.

I have been using victory greens to fix up a house I purchased in Meridian. I have spent over $12,000 there this past year. That included 14 trees, top soil, and landscape rock. They supposedly warranty their trees. 4 of the trees that they planted have died despite having adequate water. Their guys planted the trees with the root balls 2 to 3 inches above ground level so the the water flows away from the base of the tree. When I went in to discuss this with the people working the front desk they refused to warranty the trees because I did not have the "original" pieces of paper. I scan all of my receipts and warranties into my computer and keep everything organized in digital files. Who keeps paper anymore anyways? I brought in my receipt, my warranty, my credit card statement, and pictures of the dead trees. They refused to even discuss the issue because I didn't keep the original piece of paper. If the owner of this business would like to reach out to me, I would be happy to resolve this with them. I am a small business owner as well and when good customers come in with legitimate concerns, I take care of them. I would be happy to remove this post if the issue is resolved. I would also be happy to continue to spend money here if the issue is resolved. Otherwise you have lost a good customer.I would encourage others to shop elsewhere for their landscaping needs. This business hides behind pieces of paper instead of taking care of customers.

I got some flagstone today, all the workers were very eager to help and were very friendly. I'll definitely be going back for more to finish my pond.

New location is so much worse than the old location. No signs showing the business shows on Meridian rd yet have to enter thru Amity. looks like a big dirt lot Oh thats right thats all it is zero pavement all dirt just like a rock yard. The old location was nice and had a welcome feel to it . This feels like a rock quarry just dirt and trees growing I will not be coming back

Not really a nursery. More of a commercial supplier. Basically you just look around and then try to dodge the flow of landscapers trucks driving through the dirt parking area. No customer service that is readily apparent.

Although the order was placed correctly and paid for, they loaded the wrong material size and offered no workable solution to correct the matter. We have a yard of rock that does not work for our project. Just buy from another supplier, lousy service.

We arranged weeks ahead of time to have several yards of cedar mulch delivered to our house on a certain date. My husband took time off of work to receive the mulch and then complete our large landscaping project. We waited and waited on the morning we were expecting to get the mulch but no one from Victory Greens showed up. When we called, we spoke to Bobbie, the manager of the Victory Greens stone yard. She told us that there just wasn't enough mulch to bring us any and that she didn't know what to tell us. She was unpleasant and unhelpful. We asked why no one had called to inform us, and my husband told her he had made the order weeks ago, had paid in full for the mulch and delivery, and had taken time off from work to do our yard project. Bobbie again responded that she didn't know what to tell us. We asked her to at least waive the delivery fee for the significant inconvenience this was causing us, and she became defensive and ultimately she said she would agree to waive half of the fee but no more. She acted like she was doing us a favor. We ended up getting our mulch on a different day and it had to sit in our driveway for several days until my husband could get time off work to spread it. We thought other potential customers might want to know that they may not get what they expect from this business and that if there is a problem, Bobbie won't be much help.

If you want to be treated respectfully like a paying customer, look elsewhere. Went two different times and both times the skidsteer operator was immediately rude and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to load 2 pallets of sod. Swore at me and was completely unprofessional. Save the robotic reply, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Usually have a good experience with Victory Greens, however this spring I purchased a yard of garden box soil, right after they changed the mixture and raised the price by almost 2 times. That soil would not grow any of the seeds we planted where as all of our other garden boxes with other soil were thriving (See my picture attached; three garden boxes on the left are thriving, the one garden box on the right with the victory Greens soil is doing nothing). Did a soil test; the soil was infertile. Had to add a ton of fertilizer, then the plants started growing. I called and explained to this to Victory Greens, they weren’t willing to do anything to compensate me or make this a better experience. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Terrible experience. Do not patronize this business. Horrible customer service. Not only this, I purchased garden compost only to do a soil test revealing toxic soil. Please go anywhere else!
