Ryan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had to come back in after purchasing a new phone because something wasn’t working right and he spent another hour trying to get it fixed for me when he could’ve been helping other customers. It was greatly appreciated.

I do not recommend this store. It takes a lot for me to come on here and write a review for a Verizon Wireless store but here we are!! I had to go in THREE times and I still don't have my new phone. Something happened on the back end when they were setting this up and I have not received an update since Tuesday (it's Saturday). I've tried calling, no answer. After waiting over an hour, the girl helping me refused to even make eye contact with me, talk to me and was being extremely passive aggressive when I was asking questions to her to figure out what was happening. She also never apologized. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. The third time I went in, she was the one I had to talk to again and literally same thing started happening where she was not communicating with me and I was waiting around again. With two little kids, I don't have countless hours in the day to wait around, when they are the ones telling me to come back to the store since "Everything is fixed" (it wasn't). I asked if there was a manager available and they said "over there" and no one ever grabbed him and he also did not come over to talk to me. This is actually ridiculous that I still don't have my phone. Tyler is the one person who was actually helpful and explained what was going on. Yet, I still have not been contacted and do not have my phone.

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE, it is an authorized dealer. You can't tell by the listing and it's a pain to figure it out. Even calling sends you into the que at Verizon, NOT to the store. Even when you do call and wait, they refer you to another authorized dealer instead of the actual Verizon business. Ftr, in this area it is the store on N. Eagle... At least the people seem nice here, but waiting forever to ask "where is an actual Verizon STORE?" seems ridiculous.

As excited as I am when I get to purchase a new phone, I dread going to any phone store because it almost feels as lengthy as buying a car. Tyler was AMAZING. He was thorough but quick. I could tell he truly cares about his customers and really pays attention to meet their needs! I’ve honestly never had a better “phone store” experience. Thank you Tyler! Oh and ps. Thank you for acknowledging me when I walked in and also multitasking to take care of your other customer and I at the same time since my appt was somehow missed. ????

My boyfriend and I went here to trade in his half paid off iPhone for a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5. The guy working at the time wasn’t understanding what we were wanting to do no matter how we worded it and told us we absolutely couldn’t upgrade unless it was another iPhone. We told him the app let us start the process but we paused it to go in store to finish it so we could get the phone sooner, but he told us it would’ve stopped at some point and not let us continue. We looked at each other confused and were like “okay…?” So we left and literally right after that we sat in the car and ordered the Z Flip5 in less than 10 minutes and it arrived in a couple of days. So here’s a pic of my boyfriend using his new phone that the clueless associate told us we couldn’t get.

All three representatives helped out during our time at the Verizon store. They helped us set up a new phone and download my personal data from my company phone. I commented to my wife that the representatives were all very helpful and professional. My wife commented on how well they described things to us, non- techies, so that we fully understood what options we had. Great experience.
