The store manager literally would not stop trying to sell us add ons and accessories even after stating multiple times that we ONLY wanted the phone. There is also the issue of the deceptive “Set Up and Go Service Smartphone” charge for $39.99 that was not disclosed until after I looked at my invoice upon returning home. This “service” nor the price for it was ever discussed and neither was the option to refuse the it. The fact that the store manager charged us to follow the automated prompts on an Apple device to transfer prior data, something that is easily a DIY process, is absurd. The manager knowingly skipped over this fee and obfuscated it with the Verizon activation fee.

Just traveling through the Boise area on the day of the iPhone 15 launch. Stopped by the Verizon store in Meridian to get the iPhone 15 pro max. They only had a blue one and I wanted a Natural Titanium one. This was our 5th stop looking to buy the iPhone and Jolene heard this and made a few calls and found one!! That helped us so much and saved us so much time. We went to Gattet’s store in Meridian- he got us taken care of with the iPhone 15 pro max and accessories and he also sold us an Apple Watch 9 which we weren’t planning on. Thank you both for your excellent service!!

I have gone to this location multiple times now. Every one of their employees goes above and beyond. They are very helpful with picking your device and telling you all of your options. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Wyatt. He made everything so easy. I refer everyone of my friends to this store. Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience at this store location. Wyatt is very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. He was juggling multiple customers and I was impressed by how efficiently he was able to help everyone. Definitely a five star experience!

These people are incredibly helpful! There was only one person working and he gave us expectations on when he would be able to assist us. So we left and he texted us when he was available. When we returned he had everything set up. We were able to trade in our phones with ease. Felt welcomed and had a good experience.
