Fantastic customer service every time I come in, Connor, Hayden, Dylan, the whole crew in here has been excellent. It's hard these days to find good customer service with a young crew. I hate sounding so old like that, but, it really is.
These guys always have a very personable attitude, always smile, remember conversations from past visits, and remember customer preferences.

Stock piled today. By far the Best Vape Store in the Treasure Valley! Never had better customer service as I do when I go in there and Hayden is there! He makes my trip super easy remembers my name, remembers what I like/don’t like. Makes recommendations and hasn’t let me down yet. Should be CEO of this company, hands down! Vote for Hayden 2024!

I give this place 2 stars for the variety. But the customer service was terrible. They noted that they didn't use salt nic and that they aren't as knowledgeable. Which is fine but let someone help me that is. I felt rushed. I was going to buy more and mentioned I wanted another and was told that I should probably just stick to what I know. Which I didn't know anything. I wanted descriptions since I can't see the product but that did not happen! I wasted money on something because I didn't have anyone truly helping me find what I wanted. Just trying to get me out of the door!
