This bank is terrible. I use their atm frequently as they are in the same network as my bank. I went to deposit money for a bill coming out. The ATM took half my money and spit the other half out. Told me it had a malfunction. So I call my bank. They tell me to call US bank as its their atm and they'd see that it was over. I called US bank 4 times. The first time it took 30 min to answer and when they did they just connected me back to the automated system which took another 10 minutes and got me nowhere. So I call back. The 2nd lady insisted my bank had to deal with it. So I called my bank back. They said no its their ATM and there was nothing they could do. So I call US bank back. They give me a 1800 number. I call it. They then tell me there's nothing they can do. My bank has to do it. I just hung up. I don't see what my bank is gonna do about their ATM malfunction. I was putting cash in and it just took the cask and not 1 of the 4 people seemed interested in helping. You'd think this would be an easy correction. I mean they count their money right? Wouldn't they see that they had extra money? Anyway my bills late, im out the cash and I wasted an hour of my life dealing with non helpful people from US bank. I wouldn't recommend using this bank at all.

Jeremy is by far the worst banker I have encountered. I don’t understand how someone could be so rude. In banking, customer service is essential and he seems to really be lacking that skill. I walked in to make an easy transaction that didn’t require much work. The bank was empty and I was waiting to be helped, it was an awkward staring contest with him. Save yourself your time and go to a different branch there’s a US Bank not that far on Eagle Rd. in Albertsons. They actually value your time and care to take care of your needs with outstanding customer service.

This used to be my go-to bank but after many poor customer service experiences, I started to frequent the US Bank location located inside of the Albertsons on Eagle and McMillan. Unfortunately, I was not able to visit the McMillan and Ustick branch inside the Albertsons since they changed the hours to 10:30 am during the week. I decided that I could not wait an additional twenty minutes so I went to this location. The same customer service issue continues to plague this location. You may be asking what it is. Quite simply, it's the greeting. Today's interaction went as follows. I entered the branch. No one was in front of me. There were two agents both were assisting the drive-thru. When one finished assisting the drive-thru, she came back to the counter and made eye contact with me. At this point, she did not say anything to me. I made eye contact back and started my walk to the counter. She still didn't say anything I got about two steps in when she said, "I will be right with you." I had to backstep my way to the kiosk where nothing is stored anymore and wait until she was ready. I have no problem waiting. I have a problem with being teasing that you are ready when you are not ready. Here's how that sequence of events should have had happened I entered the branch. No one was in front of me. There were two agents both were assisting the drive-thru. When one finished assisting the drive-thru, she came back to the counter and LOOK UP AT THE QUEUE and if customers are waiting, acknowledge their presence, with a greeting like, "Welcome to CentrePoint US BANK, I'm finishing up a transaction and when I am done, I'll have you come up." By doing this, it accomplishes two things. (1) Lets the customer know you know that they are there. AKA. Aware their presence (2) You, the customer agent, let them, the customers, know what you're doing and that you will attend to them when you've completed your task. Not saying anything until the customer makes their way to the counter is bad customer service. This is not the first time that this has happened to me at this branch. I will also state it does not happen at any other branch. If I am at the Cherry Lane branch, this does not happen. It only happens at this branch, and it's unfortunate as it is the most convenient location for me but I cannot subject myself to this substandard customer service. Lastly, let me know if the management team wants me to train their staff. I will make myself available for free.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Spoke to someone on the phone to figure out what needed to be done to deposit a check with my married name. Representative in branch was just as unpleasant. I will be closing my account as soon as my final check clears.

It's sad to say but I have yet to have a good experience at this bank. I've been coming for three months and every single time this gentleman helps me who is so rude, snarky, and unhelpful. I've tried to change the times I go to avoid it. If you don't like people maybe don't work in customer service.

Everyone at this branch is fabulous! They have helped me with a variety of situations involving my elderly parents with grace and kindness! Always pleasant and professional and willing to help. Never any attitude - even in the middle of a pandemic.

Always polite and accommodating. Can’t imagine a reviewer saying “snarky”? From the manager, teller, drive thru....great people.

I’ve had accounts with US Bank for over 20 years, as well as with other banks and credit unions in Boise. US Bank has always fixed the couple of mistakes they’ve made without hassle. Their customer support line has forgiven fees for mistakes I’ve made the last few years. That’s certainly not something I found anywhere else.

This is the WORST bank I have ever been to in my entire life. They are rude, snarky and they don't handle money privately like they should. If you ask they don't listen and just do what they want. Very rude bank and I am out of here! Poorly managed by a lazy woman who thinks she is above helping out as well.

Slowest service of them all, either understaffed or not attentive since I was the only one waiting at the counters
