Terrible customer service from the older lady that works here. I have been banking with us bank since I was able to open a account, my grandmother has worked with US bank for over 20 years , I went in to ask for 200$ in change of 5$ and 1$ bills, and since I was wearing my work shirt I was told it was for my place of work, and I was unable to do that . I am a U.S. bank customer I wanted to exchange my money for 5$ and 1$. Don’t recommend this branch .

Stephanie Dabbs took my wife and I to add her to my account. The process took about 30 minutes but for what we needed was extremely quick. She even helped us out right before closing and we needed it done. Great customer service and the other staff seemed to be amazing as well. Thank you Stephanie!

Was told I will not be able to bring more than 2 to 3 deposits at a time by the manager. I have been going here for years now and nothing was said to me before. As I have both a personal account and a business account for two locations this isn't possible. With this type of service I will be taking my accounts to somewhere that is more accommodating. By the way I was treated, I'm sure they don't care about losing a client. So for us we will do business with a bank that takes time for their customers.

I have been very unhappy with this location. I was given misinformation by a clerk. I went back and had a discussion with the manager who certainly has a chip on his shoulder and something to prove. He made me so uncomfortable and was so difficult to work with that I walked out and went to a different branch in Boise. I was treated with much more respect and there actually was a solution to my problem. I do not recommend the 10 mile branch and they need a new manager.

I wish I could give it 0 stars!!! 0 customer service skills, 0 in efficiency, 0 in knowledge..and the list goes on. I opened an account in June with justin I was informed of this great promo they were running spend $50 a mo for June, July,Aug, Sept and get $200 back. So I followed all of the steps and have yet to get my $200. I called Saturday spoke to Nicole who informed me that she couldn't speak to me on the phone because she had a line( iam sure there was a line because no one knows what they are doing at this location and they move at a snail like pace)I said don't worry about it give me a call after ur line is goneleft her all of my info...no call I call again Sunday she said l explained my promo situation and was given the response oh iam just a teller let me explain the situation to a banker and I will eat you a response boom I get transferred to Justyn who claimed to be given 0 knowledge of the information being passed off by Nicole. I explained the situation and he literally had me read the flyer with the promo was 0 help and when I asked to speak with the branch manager he said Shawn was not in I asked for a call back from Shawn when he was in. I have it Monday no call. I called about 230-3 Tuesday and was informed by Justin that Shawn was busy working on a project and could not come to the phone Awesome service.. I called another actual US bank location (I say actual because apparently these ones inside Albertsons are knock offs as I was told they run there own promos and the banks are not affiliated with those promos) great company representation as I am a customer and US bank is US bank I finally decided to go into a separate US bank location and the branch manager there reached out to the ever so busy Shawn and called me later to inform me that he messaged her back and said he was opening a ticket on it clearly once again to busy to call me himself! I am hoping this gets an actual resolution but was informed to contact Shawn in a couple of days if not...because that has gotten me so far already...I am hoping to not have to reach out to BBB as I am beginning to believe this bank has customers open accounts under fals and fraudulent pretenses promising things they cannot deliver on...either way I think this whole branch needs a refreasher in customer service skills, protecting customer information as not once when I called in an had them access my account did they ask any security questions as the other locations did when I called in! Clearly I should have checked there reviews before opening an account since they are mostly all negative

These people have the patience of a saint I lost a twenty dollar bill 3 blocks east of there when I surprisingly found it lying on the ground I rushed back and deposited it in my account they were very courtious

I love this branch, staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. I have all of my business with them from checking to home equity line of credit. Love Shawn, Michelle, Jon, and Justin, they are great!

Nightmare. I went in to get a name change and they said they reissued my cards. Almost a month later and I have received someone else's card and STILL don't have mine. I have spent almost two hours on the phone now with different departments and can't figure it out. FINALLY I called a different brand right up the road and Alex (a banker) was able to assist me and says he's going to take care of it all. WOW huge mistake going to the "bank" in Albertsons. Take the extra trip to go into a legitimate branch.
