Misty and Molly st the fairview store saved me and my business. I ran out of Saturday stickers and needed to ship my items with them. They cam in clutch and were able to help me get my items out on time! Thabk you! Glad we switched from fedex!

Had a package shipped from this store which never arrived. Went to the store to file a claim and was told "...we did everything write you'll have to call UPS directly". When I tried UPS they referred me back to the UPS store. So the UPS store won't take responsibility and UPS corporate won't take responsibility.

I went to ship a small box that was only 2.3 pounds. The lady who helped me was new but she was SO NICE - however, I think I was overcharged by her by about $15 and didn't know it until I left. I called the store and whoever answered the phone was HORRIBLE. It was THE worst customer service I have ever had over the phone. She belittled me and talked to me very condescendingly and refused to even acknowledge what I was saying. I asked if there were holiday surcharges and she said not that she knew of. Then changed her answer and said she doesn't know what the corporate UPS does maybe they do surcharge maybe not but she didn't know the answer. I am going to have to call someone from UPS corporate to try to get some answers. I even used the UPS shipping tool online and my cost should have been $15 less with the same dimensions & weight. I will never go this UPS again - I will be going to USPS from now on.

At this store location on 10/28/23 had a line backed up and they were able to clear the line and keep working although there was only 2 of them. They were quick, professional, nice, and dealt with pressure very well!

Seriously, I've given this store so many chances. First, a package was lost that cost almost $200, the owner made it right and cut me a check. I forgave all the chaos, disrespectful employees, etc. The latest disappointment is when I went to open my mailbox and the key wouldn't work. Someone told the owner that the lock needed replaced. My guess is that this store is so mis-managed, they probably wrote down the wrong box number, because it has never had an issue. Now I've gone two days without being able to check my mail because the owner hasn't shown up to cut the key! I wouldn't be so upset except I paid a lot of money to have a physical address mailbox. Honestly, the owner needs to retire and sell his business to someone who can clean house and run the business how it needs to be run. Gives UPS a really bad name. I really can't blame the employees because they aren't being supported from management how they need to be.

Love this store! Great staff, wonderful owner. I drive further to get here but wouldn't go anywhere else for ups and usps mailings. Thank you for always being so kind, friendly and helpful.

Finally got the refund. New staff have been hired due to complaints. Shipped packages way back in January/February of '23. Packages never tracked past this ups store. Filed a claim, I've followed up several times in person. Manager is never there will not return a call, no email no follow up. Absolutely the worst with customer service

Absolute garbage I've had several packages destroyed in shipping with no refund or anything ive also had packages trying to be delivered to me but they just say attempted even though there would be no issue delivering no dogs no gate just a driver wanting to skip a few houses. Either understaffed or lazy I don't know but either way it sucks.

The employees were not professional. An older woman was complaining about having to put stamps on some envelopes, due to some issue with her forearms. I'm not sure why she's doing that job if it causes her further problems.A younger guy was helping someone else, and was joking around with some minor who was hanging out with them. Apparently that boy was waiting around to go to the boys club, because he'd done "bad things" and was grounded. This was the conversation going on while I waited for the young guy to finally acknowledge me.Then when I asked to print something the guy said "no printers." And then he looked at the older woman, who did her best to look like she was ignoring me and him.When he asked her for confirmation, she just said, "nope." No further info. The guy told me the copiers were unavailable until the owner came in a 1pm. It was 9:45am. The guy told me to go to the library.I will not be back to this store, and I will tell everyone to avoid it at all costs.

Kudos to the poor new girl trying her best and being treated like garbage by her coworker. This review is NOT to her but to the guy who was extremely rude to her when she had questions on how to help me (1:40pm, 06-12-23 while 'the Manager's son' was in the bathroom). I wish I would have said something to him but didn't want to hold up the huge line behind me any more.
