Just dropped off a package and was carrying my baby in his car seat + my Amazon return box and walking into the store and a kind worker literally RAN to the front door to open it for me and then offered to carry my package for me. Made my day!

On July 12, 2024, I went to this branch localized at 104 E Fairview Ave, Meridian to send some documents to the Dominican Republic, they charged me US$132.47 to expedite the shipment. After having followed up on my papers, I realized that the tracking number did not exist, and that is when I went to the branch to investigate what had happened to my documents, the explanation I received was that they had sent my documents through USPS because according to them, the courier was cheaper. Not satisfied with that answer, I spoke to the store manager and she had to call USPS because they had indeed sent my documents with a very different entity USPS than the one I had paid for that service, that is, UPS, they only charged me for a service that was never provided to me. Since that date and until 7/30/2024, I have had to contact USPS and the postal department of my country to find out where my documents are. The worst thing about this case is that when I went to USPS to investigate the cost of this same shipment, they only charged US$60.00. The truth is that these types of services constitute fraud for consumers because they use fraudulent maneuvers to charge a lot for a service that they do not offer. But even worse, they disassociate themselves from the delay of this type of service.

I placed a printing order that was confirmed to be ready that same day. Went in the next day to pick it up and was told they couldn't access the files. Never called or emailed me to let me know and save me a trip. They told me to email them the documents and they'd print them right away. Went home, emailed the documents. Sent a 2nd email asking for confirmation. Got a response the next morning saying they couldn't access those file types (pdf). They gave me zero instructions on what format they needed or if they just couldn't access the files. Nothing. I had asked in the store for a refund and was told they couldn't give me one. I needed these documents today. This has been very poor customer service. We'll never go here again. I have requested another refund so hoping they at least can do that.

I frequent this ups and they turned it around!
It use to be packed with boxes, crazy over run and now it’s as it should be! Definitely notice the change. Thank you Ryan , Rocco and Molly!

Made an online appointment at the UPS website to have documents notarized. The website offers appointments every half hour from mid- morning through 2:30 PM.
However, when we arrived for the appointment were informed by store staff that the notary did not show up until 3:30 PM and that he/she could not make any changes to the website to reflect the actual hours in which the notary would be available.
Same staff suggested another business, a mile away. Not convenient at all. And, it is hard to believe that notary hours/appointments cannot be changed per UPS location in the UPS website.

I’m not sure why this store has such a low rating. It is smaller and the location can be a little hectic during busy hours. But the two gentlemen that helped me this evening were fantastic! I can’t remember his name, but the gentleman with the short blonde hair was very patient as I tracked down my shipping label in my email. He assisted me with packaging up the item and gave me a receipt. This team member deserves a raise!
All of this service was done 10 minutes before closing time which I always feel bad about but REALLY appreciate when employees go out of their way to still make the experience smooth.

The best service I have had in a long time. I really like the staff at this store, but especially Elmer Merida. I really appreciate what he does for me and for all the people who go to that store. Very good service and Elmer is very patient with we and with all the people thank you

I mailed three cards first class arrival to 3 different locations and not one of them got to the recipient. I called and clerk claimed the post office was responsible, I could believe that if one was missing, but not all 3. It seems that they don't address customer service issues, they blame the company's in which they are affiliated.

I have been going to this UPS for 9 years. I noticed during my last two visits that the store was clean, organized, the two ladies working in front were exceptionally pleasant and efficient. I did not recognize them from my prior visits so I asked if there was a new owner. The UPS rep told me they had new management, and I told her I thought they were doing an excpetional job. It was very noticeable so definiely worth giving them this review. Good job you guys!

If you went to an automated system it might actually move faster than the employee's do. The sloths on the movie zootopia move faster than these people do. Do yourself a favor and use another facility.
