Drove my 5 and 7 year old girls here to buy coats for winter because the website says 40% of for veterans during the Veterans Day weekend. Walked around the store buying the girls what they wanted for winter and fun. Go to checkout and the cashier says no it’s only 20%. I show him the UA app and he says no, show him the website where it says UA house stores. He says no, 20%. I show him another page where it goes into detail of the sale. He says no. We leave with nothing and my girls were heart broken. I’m a 100% disabled veteran and that’s how Under Armor Meridian treats its veterans. The cashier showed no hospitality or respect, he blankly said no. Without saying sorry for the mix up. I understand people don’t care about their jobs these days but Jesus a little empathy would be nice.
TO MY FELLOW VETERANS, save your time and look online or the app, the Meridian UA store doesn’t care about veterans.

They close at 8pm. Went there at 7:50pm to run in and grab an item. Doors were already lcoked and associates just looked at us. Terrible customer service and false advertising of hours. Have been long tome advocate of Under Armour, but after this experience will have to rethink my loyalty to the brand.

I worked with Zander on getting some composite-toed sneakers and he was awesome, asked some probing questions to better determine what I wanted/desired and we went through a couple options before he ordered me some Strikefast Protect sneakers, even helped me figure out the width of my foot to get some better fitting shoes, had outstanding customer service and was personable and didn’t try to push sales at all. Overall outstanding customer service in the store and a nice, clean sales floor.

I stopped by the under armor Outlet three times in the last four weeks. I was looking for Specific items. Based on calls to the store, they said they have the items I wanted in stock but when I got there, no one in the store knew where those items were. I spent about 15 minutes, searching the store, unable to find the items.

Very rude staff and passive aggressive. Instead of just coming up to me and informing me that they closed in a few minutes one of the sales representatives made sure I was in earshot and made a very passive aggressive comment about them closing at 8:00 opposed to 9:00. The thing is I was just about to buy a very expensive set of joggers but instead just left because it was very uninviting.
