Very rude staff and passive aggressive. Instead of just coming up to me and informing me that they closed in a few minutes one of the sales representatives made sure I was in earshot and made a very passive aggressive comment about them closing at 8:00 opposed to 9:00. The thing is I was just about to buy a very expensive set of joggers but instead just left because it was very uninviting.

Always a great experience when me and my family and I visit this store. The staff are always very welcoming and great with helping with any question! I love the variety they have here and the style they carry. And they always seem to have great deals. We went for some shoes and sandals and can always find a comfortable fit in many different selections. They also carry a good size selection for kids! Good vibes

Horrible customer service. The manager should be fired or sent to work in the warehouse. Atrocious customer service. Extremely inefficient operation. We will not be returning to this store.

Horrible customer service. The first girl helping me couldn't find me by the email address I have associated with my UA account. When I presented her with my coupon UA had emailed to me she told me to wait and proceeded to stand around while she waited for a manager to come up front. (I felt like she could have used this time to bag my items and she could have informed me why she needed to call a manager for a coupon instead of having us stare at eachother awkwardly) The manager was extremely rude. When I presented my coupon to her she snorted and said "that sucks. We don't accept those coupons." Why would they email me a coupon that their own company won't accept? I would have gladly proceeded with the transaction if the managers attitude wasn't so bad.

No customer service. At least to our family. I’m sure I can speculate why. It’s pretty sad when a 7 year old asks why the girl checking us out is mean. I’m not a complainer. However when we are willfully ignored by at least two associates that’s annoying.

Don't bother going into this store if your, Military, law enforcement, or para-military. Shop online instead. They have No standard men's stuff. No Black Boot socks, No thermal underwear for men, No military duty boots. No reason for a men to come into this store unless your looking for work out clothes.I even spoke to the manager and she had no excuse other then, "we don't carry that stuff"It's obvious underarmour corporate doesn't care about the men in law enforcement or military.I'm extremely disappointed in their store front in meridian.

For a "factory store" or "outlet" the prices don't really make me go wow. I like the brand and the selection is usually pretty good, but the prices aren't what I would expect and the service is usually a little slow. Usually young people working and when they aren't on a register they are right next to it chatting.
