We have 3rd party phone insurance and Batteries+ was going to be 2-3 weeks to get the part. I called three different places and uBreak could get the part the soonest (4 days) and they were the cheapest, even though we were covered by insurance. We are very happy with the screen replacement for our Galaxy S22 Ultra (Burgundy). Will update is there is an issue, but given the immediate result, I would happily go back.

BEWARE of the company!I needed that back glass repaired on my daughter’s phone before she left college. I told them that she would be leaving town the following day and that I needed the repair done only if it could be completed the same day. They said it would be no problem. Unfortunately, they caused additional damage during the repair. I understand these things happen and agreed that they could do the repair, they agreed toovernight the phone to my daughter within 48 hours.The phone was not repaired or delivered in 48 hours so we started following up. We found that it was impossible to contact them by phone, and when you did talk to someone they would promise to call back and never would. They do not have voicemail either. Over the next few days when we finally got a hold of someone we were told they were short staffed, had the wrong part delivered to repair the damage they had caused, couldn’t understand the notes on the account, and one time they could not find if they had the phone at all.The same day repair became a 9 day repair.Due to a lack of confidence in the company I did not trust them to mail the phone to my daughter. I am handling that myself. This will allow me to verify if the phone works properly before sending it to her as well. Additionally when I arrived to pick up the phone, the 2 customers ahead of me left upset.If the phone is fixed, it will be the only thing that didn’t go poorly. I will not give them a second chance and discourage ANYONE from trusting them.

Friendly team and they fixed my cracked phone screen well. The purchase add ons like the phone screen protector are not worth it. Mine literally came off on my way home after getting stuck to something and had a ton of bubbles and scratches on it by day 1. I tried to call and no one answered and tried to leave a private review for the team but the link they sent doesn’t work. You will be much better off buying the three screen covers from Amazon for $8 than getting their overpriced “screen protector”.

I'm sure they do decent work when they're able to based on reviews, but geez.Communication = 0Phone= 0First off they're impossible to get ahold of. Was referred to them, called ahead and was told they had my part and could have it fixed next day. Drive 30 mins each way to be told the Samsung machine had been down for days (not their fault) so they wouldn't be able to do it. Whoever told me to come didn't mention that. Was told to call next day to see if it was back up and running (they never answer so that doesn't work). Try calling two days later, got through to rep outside of office who tries contacting them, can't get ahold of them (no surprise), but says they have multiple Samsung phones in office showing orders so I should be good to go in. Drive 30 mins again to be told it's not working still, but should be good in next couple days. Was leaving town and asked to just leave my phone for them to fix while out of town to pick up when I get back. They then check and don't have the part in stock for my phone which the original guy said they did. Was told it would take about a week plus to get in. I was beside myself at this point and had to leave to get it fixed elsewhere.It felt like no one knew what was really going on. A lady from the back kept telling the guy speaking to me what to say. The first guy I talked to clearly was off in multiple areas. The rep was wrong. Just overall a terrible experience.

I took my Samsung 23 ultra for a factory reset After 3 days of excuses they finally told me to take it to Nampa. After my great service in NAmpa that will be my gp to place. They had my phone done the next morning. I will not recommend the meridian store until they have people that can do a factory reset.

I had done research prior to coming here, and saw that iPad screen repairs started at $99 and had a price match guarantee. I was quoted over $270 for an iPad screen repair and immediately told them I had a place give me a quote of $150 and they basically just said “okay, that’s great” and said nothing else. I ended up going to Four Corners Repair and they did it for that $150 price and in less than 24 hours.

iPhone got ran over, needed both front and back replaced. I was told they were busy on Monday, but they could have it ready for me by end of day Tuesday for $180 per side. End of day Tuesday comes around, I’ve gotten no call. I called right before close, and was informed they didn’t have the part needed and they ordered it. Also, they had no idea when the part would be in. I call Wednesday, they say the part will be in by noon on Thursday and it will be a priority due to us leaving town. Call in at 2 on Thursday, manager has no idea if the part came in (clearly she forgot she had told us this was a priority). She then confirms it’s in, and will be ready within the hour. Only to call me back 40 minutes later and say she didn’t realize we were replacing the back side as well, and they don’t have the part for it. The back was completely shattered but apparently the work order only had the front, due to their employees incompetence. AND it was going to be $380 per side. WHAT?? Zero communication. Simply said sorry, we are understaffed. THEN DONT TAKE THE JOB

I have mixed feelings about this place. My first experience was 5 stars. That was just dealing with fixing my screen. It took about 15 minutes to fix my Google Pixel screen. Impressive.My second experience had me wanting to pull my hair out. Store representative said I needed to file a claim to get my phone repaired. I spent so much unnecessary time driving back and forth and wasting my time on the customer service lines with Google and my insurance only to be told I didn't need to file a claim. All I had to do was walk in the store and UBREAKIFIX representative needed to put in my phone's EMEI and they would see it's under warranty. Why hadn't they just done that in the first place? They never called to tell me my phone was done. I had to call them. They said it was ready and I went in and it wasn't fixed. I'm still waiting; it's been over a week. I'll probably have to call them again bc they don't seem to reach out to me.

Phone was not holding a charge. T-Mobile wanted to sell me a new phone. They cleaned it out for me in 5 minutes for only twenty bucks. Saved me hundreds. Very thankful.

Terrible customer service. When I dropped off my item, I was told that I would be called by 3 pm the next day with an update. That was 5 days ago. I've still heard not a peep from them. This was a simple console cleaning. As others have said, they don't answer the phones. This is not the first time I've allowed them to treat me this way.But it will be the last.

Amazing customer service!!! Brooke handled my situation with ease! I witnessed her helping other customers on a VERY busy day and her attitude and helpfulness was exemplary! She was a true example of extraordinary customer service which is hard to find. Thank you Brooke for taking care of us today!

So far, Kaleb has been great, My computer just stopped working all of the sudden today so I brought it in expecting to have to drop it off or wait an hour or two but Kaleb immediately took my laptop back and did a quick free check and gave me some general ideas of what could be wrong and some general prices for if those were the issue. If I wanted to know exactly what the problem was, it is a $50 diagnostic charge which seems fairly inexpensive to me. I'm checking on my warranty information for the laptop to see if there is a warranty through Dell but if not I will definitely be bringing it back here

A week later and phone is working great adding stars because I feel previous miscommunication is most due to them being so busy. Took longer than expected, but overall, I got what I came for.Update: Shortly ( about 30 min) after the owners response, I got a call that the phone was repaired. Looks good so far and I'm glad it was done.I made an appointment for a screen replacement for my sons A20 and expected to wait while they fixed it but when I brought it they said 5 hrs. Which was by 6pm that day.They said they'd call by 6pm. It's now been 2 days and I haven't heard from them nor do they answer the phone.tracking says on hold but doesn't say why. I was on hold 20 min then gave up and called back later, now been on hold 45 min. No one ever answeres so now I have to drive 20 min just to see whats going on with my phone. Terrible experience thus far.

Best thing I can say about these guys is that they get the job done. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to be seen. The reason for giving 5 stars rather than 4 is because Brooke is a rockstar so she deserves 5 stars. Thanks, Brooke!
