“Pleased with finding DRIVEN auto repair. Had personal mechanic 15 years recently retired and referred me here. I found Steve on the phone who was quick to understand my need and get me scheduled in. Jason German was my mechanic and he was awesome. The usual “all over check” was performed and they came back with the list of things that could be fixed. They were not pushy whether I took them up on all of the recommendations, or none of them. They were open to fielding any questions, and their answers to those questions let me know they were invested in me getting done what I could get done and overall having a great experience with getting work done there. And that’s exactly what happened. A quick example would be that it was recommended I did a brake flush, and I inquired whether the brake line would be broken to flush out the caliper or somewhere else in the line, and when I’ve asked this question in the past, that other shops it always raises defenses - but they jumped right in with understanding why I was asking, and as it turns out, they actually do it the exact way I was hoping. My experience kind of went like that with everything. I also got the coolant flushed and had a power window regulator replaced, which was the original purpose for my going there. I will definitely be back. I am stoked to have made this connection!”
