I called to get a car towed because I need it scrapped the lady that answered the phone was very unhelpful and hung up the call mid-conversation

I set up a time to pick up my car @ 1pm on a Saturday. They kept rescheduling the time as a sat outside their lot waiting for a driver. I had to call as times came & went. I was always told ‘10 more minutes’. No accountability or responsibility.
