As an old associate, that formly worked for corporate & transferred to a franchised owned corporation.. was blown away by the things I witnessed the 8 months working here. I will copy and paste this review as long as it is deleted. This company is unethical.. they will give you “brand” new supports that are actually worn and cleaned supports. You will find pictures in this post that include the boxes each associate was assigned to clean returned supports to sell new, known as a “B” support along with the draw in which one flat support is given to you for another. This store/company does not provide protection to their associates nor their clients. You are not receiving a life time warranty, you are receiving a limited life time warranty. They will tell you if u get a warranty on a car.. you don’t get a brand new one LOL. Do your research!!!I will also say after being in orthopedics for over 4 years.. working under 2 podiatrists to begin with, only about 2/4 of these associates size these supports correctly, then causing other body issues. Again so do ur research. I hope this message reaches the right people! Arch supports can and will work when done correctly!!!!*they continue to try to delete this

The people there have zero idea what they are doing. It’s a great concept, but it’s poorly executed. I was a customer and then an employee. The supports worked for me, but I was originally fit a size too small. I used to be a raving fan of good feet, but the people here ruined it for me.

My elderly mother told me she was scammed at this store spending over 1500 on insert that never helped her in any way shape or form, please save your money and don't get scammed. And don't believe any reviews from someone who has local guide under there name they are fake reviews.

The visit was actually me, Sharon. Tami was my consultant and she did a very good job of explaining the system to me. My feet have been hurting for several months and when I went to the doctor, he ex-rayed them and discovered I have arthritis in both feet. So even though I just got my inserts, I can already tell that they will help. Thanks, Tami for your good service.

Waste of time and money. They want you to purchase 3 different orthotics at $500 per orthotic. They don't measure your hips to account for a gate. The insoles are expensive $45, flimsy, and feel like you are walking without any padding. The gel toe which is what is supposed to make them special separates very quickly after a short time of wearing it. If you enjoy burning your money and still hurting then waste your time at the good feet store. A scam.

Shout out to Tammy! I’m a nurse that walks a lot! I didn’t know they changed their store hours and walked in a minute before closing accidentally. She welcomed me in and took great care of me. I’m so thrilled with my newer inserts, tomorrow will be pain free and a fantastic day because of Tammy’s kindness.

I see a lot of bad reviews due to sales and price. Yes, it's very $$$ but it works!I have worn custom orthotics for 20 yrs with arthritis and sever pain in one foot. So bad it was getting very painful to walk. Doctors wanted to operate. The difference, your doctors custom orthotics is it's a perfect mold of your already damaged foot! Good Feet's approach is to Correct your foot with their inserts! Yes they are expensive and you need more then one. But they work and more then likely you'll feel relief when your in the store trying them on. My daughter had a similar issue to mine. She had relief as soon as they put the inserts in her shoes!Guess everyone is different but don't be afraid to try this.

If you have foot/ alignment problems then you will appreciate the orthotics. I was not going to purchase anything just wanted to see what it was all about. Apparently my feet were so crooked that I almost cried trying the orthotics. By the end of the free part I found myself figuring out what card to purchase then with. You cannot go wrong of you truly have alignment issues.

I'm so thankful for Matthew & the Good Feet Store!!!I've had feet & Achilles tendon issues from age 11 yrs. Plus, I've had many surgeries and seen so many doctors for painful feet. Also, I've tried different orthotics from a couple different Podiatrists. I have a very high arch and have difficulty finding shoes that are comfortable. The orthotics I've bought, from Doctors, in the past didn't really fit many of my shoes. When I was younger fashionable shoes took priority over painful feet!?I'm a Senior Citizen and my feet pain is unbearable!!!When I wake in the morning I can hardly walk for the first few minutes. Now my balance is causing problems due to fear of falling.I was in Boise and decided to stop by the Good Feed Store because I could barely walk due to pain.I had planned on researching my options and prices. However, after talking with Matthew and trying their orthotics, I immediately had better balance. He had me try a tennis shoe, they sell, with the orthotics. He measured my feet, I usually buy a size 10 or 11 tennis shoe, depending on the type or brand of shoes . I fit into a size 9 shoe and a wider width.Ohmygoodness... I took a walk around the store and I immediately could tell a huge difference.Plus, Mathew explained how their orthotics were different than the previous orthotics I had bought from Podiatrists.I decided to purchase the package offered by Matthew. He explained he would follow up with me to make sure I was getting the best experience of their orthotics. Also, after using the orthotics for 30 days, he would get another imprint of my feet to see any changes from the imprint he took today.I'm so happy I stopped by the Good Feed Store today. Previously, I had been worried I would be shopping for a handicap Scooter in the near future!?!?I'm confident, I will be able to walk with my dog, Kali, without pain or fear of falling.Thank you Matthew. Also, Thank's to the Doctor who opened the Good Feet Stores. I'm looking forward to follow-up with Matthew in 30 days.

My husband went to this store for help in getting shoes as he walks several miles a day as an Amazon delivery associate. He had a great experience being educated and fitted for what he needed. The bill for custom orthotics and shoes was a bit over $1700, but we used our FSA account to pay for this and it was worth every bit. We likely would not have made this type of purchase without the FSA money. He had excellent results with the orthotics and almost immediately felt less achey and not needing IBP or Tylenol every morning after work. His muscles in his legs were sore and achey initially as his body conformed to the correct alignment with the orthotics. We would recommend this store if you have difficulties with shoes, aches/pains, etc. Much of the body's aches are a result of the body being out of alignment that starts with your feet.

Miguel was amazing. I took a family member here and we could have not asked for a better employee! He listened to us and actually made us feel seen. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thank you, Miguel!

I cannot in good conscience recommend Good Feet. To be fair, The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their product. But that’s where the good recognition ends. During the fitting process, we asked about cost. We were told that we would get to that and that it was “an investment”. I should have stopped the process at that point. After fitting me and taking me through the whole process, they began to ring me up and I saw the price exceeding $1700. Seriously. For off the shelf, premade inserts. I’ve had custom made inserts that were less than 1/3 the cost of these. We asked if they worked with insurance and we were told that he would have to email corporate for codes that “might” work with insurance. We elected to leave due to the outrageous price and the fact that no other options were offered. After reading the reviews for Good Feet, I am glad that we chose to leave. Their return policy is mentioned by several other reviewers, and I would say, “Let The Buyer Beware.”

I wasn’t sure what to expect when my doctor recommended the Good Feet store for my foot problems. I was pleasantly surprised by the care and attention I received from the foot specialist who gave professional guidance to the type of orthotics that would help me. After experiencing a little sticker shock, I have concluded that if I can avoid foot surgery the price for the orthotics was worth it. So far, so good! Thank you!
