I had an unfortunate, self inflicted cellular blind accident which left one one my cords short on my up/down blinds. I spoke with Preston (?) on the phone and he answered all my questions with a refreshing candidness. I brought my blinds in for repair early on a Monday morning and met Elizabeth who was pleasant and refreshing to work with. I was told that they would be repaired by Cory when he had time in between installation calls. The turnaround time for the repair could take a up to three weeks depending on his schedule and parts needed. I was very pleasantly surprised to get a call on Friday of the first week letting me know my blinds were ready. They are as good as new. Saved me about $350 by not having to buy new blinds. Thank you!

I am a realtor with some great rentals/investment properties and needed a part for my blinds. Home Depot actually recommended Blind Gallery to get this part and glad they did!! Went in and asked Elizabeth if she could help and took me back if the store, found the part-easy peasey!! I asked what the charge was and she said no charge!!! It was a piece they had and wasn’t a big deal, but big deal to me—so thanks for the great customer service—I will be back!!

Fabulous visit! I have been looking for a clip for my blinds for months. Have tried all the big name stores with no luck. Decided to stop by the Blind Gallery. Elizabeth was able to locate the clip I wanted in no time at all. I would highly recommend a visit to the Blind Gallery when the need arises.
