BUYER BEWARE total scammers I switched from Verizon worst mistake ever made. These people are liars and scammers. Extra charges are on my bill and they say they’ll call me back and never do.

My husband and I came to this Tmobile location with multiple questions about my husband's phone and our Tmobile plan. We were assisted by Ed who provided the best customer service that I have ever received in my many years of being a Tmobile customer. Thank You Ed!

Had issues with support and card processing on a new iPhone 15 pro max. Delaney helped resolve an order we couldn’t update and pulled out a new phone from the back room to replace the order which was having issues. Also David and Gehrig helped a lot in transferring from Verizon and adding me to wife’s account.

Will not go back to this store. I've been a TMobile customer for 10+ years and went in to this store for the first time to trade in and upgrade my phone. They sold me a new phone and "gave me credit for my trade in". They said that I will need to mail in my old phone. They didn't have a return label and said that they would email one to me. After the deal was done, about a month later I checked my bill and didn't see a credit for my trade in and never received the return label. So, I went back in to the store to speak with the manager and I was told that it takes time to process the credit, "but it's there" and they would email me a label right away. Another month goes by and I call TMobile to confirm the upgrade. Imagine that, no trade in credit and no notes in the file from my visits to the store. Come to find out, the salesperson added 2 unnecessary lines to my account apparently for sales credit or for whatever reason. I was left with a phone that I thought I was trading in and 2 unnecessary phone lines that I cancelled. So I felt like I was swindled by the sales staff at this store. I will not be going back to this store for sure!UPDATEAfter the automated response from the "owner", I'm looking for another store.

I first went to this store when I became tired of my previous phone provider raising their prices and including hidden fees. I was assisted by Delani. Her knowledge and professionalism convinced me to make the switch to T-Mobile and saved me a lot of money in the process. I've been pleased with T-Mobile's coverage and service over the past year.Recently I went to another store outside of the Treasure Valley that resulted in an error increasing my bill by $16/mo. I contacted the Lewiston store who made the error and they told me they would fix it. Not only did they not fix their error but they made it worse by increasing my bill from the original error of a $16/mo increase to a $65/mo increase. Needless to say, I was not happy. I remembered how good the customer service was at the Linder and Chinden location, so I decided to go there to see if they could help me. Delani again assisted me. She proved once more to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did she correct the errors made to my account but she contacted the store that made the errors in the first place and ensured that they credited my account for the errors they made.Delani, T-Mobile is lucky to have an employee like you on their staff and I thank you for all your assistance.

On July 31, 2023, I went into this store on Linder Rd & Chinden Blvd6233 N Linder Rd Ste 110, Eagle ID 83646 to get help after dropping my cell phone. I have service with T-Mobile, but couldn't call for help. I had used my computer to notify T-Mobile, however, it wanted a code, which would come to my (broken) cell phone, but couldn't retrieve it due to it wouldn't come on. (It was fully charged) I used the online help, and the actualy person, "Chris," that the autobot finally got me to, kept asking me to login to my account. No matter how many times I told him that I couldn't, because my phone wouldn't even turn on! That's when, after six times of telling Chris this, I decided to go into a store. When I got to the store, there were two other women in the store, making me third in line. It's a very small store. I walked around looking at phones to await my turn. After 20 minutes, the woman in front of me was about to leave. There was a man and a woman in the stock room the entire time, which I thought, they should come out and help out front, but they never did. I know this because I was closer to the back of the store (where the counter to check out is) and one of the clerks came out and went around me and started straightening something on the displays, then went back to the stock room. I could hear a woman inaudibly speaking to the man. Next, a man/customer, comes into the store and walks right up behind the woman that was ahead of me, with me being next. After the T-Mobile woman, short and plump, with dark hair, announced, "Thank you, have a nice day," I walked up to the left side of the counter, thinking it was my turn. The clerk asked me; "How can I help you?" I told her that I'd dropped my phone and that it had not only broken my screen, but that the phone had popped out of it's plastic case and my NOTE 20 Samsung would not turn on. She asked if it needed a charge, and I told her no, it was fully charged. She plugged it into the wall anyway, then said; "Wow, yeah, it's broken." Now, she knew that I was in line behind the last woman, because when I had come into the store, the older woman was sitting on a bench against the wall. I didn't know if she was with the other woman, so I asked her, "Have you already been helped?" Which she said; "No, not yet." After about 10 minutes, I decided to look at the phones in the store. I might need to get one, which, in the end, I did have to replace. Now, back to the clerk. she sets my phone down on the counter, and asks the man that is in line behind me, (that had come in after 20 minutes; "Can I help you, sir?" He walks up to the counter and begins to tell her about wanting to put his sons number on his phone and vice versa. I couldn't believe the rudeness. She knew that I was in the store, and had even acknowledged me before hand when I came into the store. I've never met the clerk before, and it was my first time ever in this store. We just moved here from Texas in June 2023. I gave her no reason to be rude to me. I picked up my phone from the counter and went over to another T-Mobile store, 7 miles away. The woman never even said a word as I left to explain her reasoning for taking the man, who, also knew that I was in there before him. And what about the man and woman who kept to the back of the store? It wasn't lunchtime! I say avoid this place. IF there was a Manager in the store, he sucks.

This particular store has the best staff. Always kind and helpful. Everything takes time, setting up phones and transferring data. Every time I've gone those waiting have also been so pleasant! Just made a new friend yesterday!

We switched to T-Mobile over a year ago. They quoted us at 100$ less than what we paid for prior. That was not the case!! It’s actually double what we paid prior but you won’t find that out until your mobile app is available which will be after your 14 day window to make changes! I had to go in twice to receive a paper receipt that I asked for at the time of transfer. In addition, we decided to add internet (this about is excluded in the for mentioned $) only to find out it didn’t work in our area. Tried to return the box in our 14 day window but the in store employees literally ignore you if you’re not there to sign up. I’ve been trying to get my internet services, $52 a month, cancelled for 1 YEAR, that I’ve had to pay for!!! I’ve provided receipts for returned box, I’ve paid for a service never used and I returned the box, only for T-Mobile to now want to charge me for the internet box I’ve returned! This company is a joke! I’ve heard from prior employees that couldn’t agree more!

The absolutely most dishonest management that I have ever worked with. We were lied to several times when we signed up. One watch that was ordered was the wrong size, which they first apologized for, said that they would take care of it, and then waited until 14 days had passed, and then refused to exchange it. The assistant manager refused to provide the managers name and number. He also refused to give his employee ID. Extremely dishonest. I wish there was a way to give negative stars for this store. I really hope that T-Mobile is not like this at other stores.

The assistant manager at the Linder and Chinden location is completely dishonest. He refuses to give his employer ID number, or his managers #. He lied to us regarding the products and services we would receive, failed to follow-up when promising to do so, and drug his feet on an exchange to make sure that nothing could be done. Worst costumer service I have ever received.

UPDATED: I went into the store this evening so they could setup the phone I ordered through them per Samantha. When I ordered the phone, she told me she would include a charging block for free.I went back and Samantha wasn't there but the retail manager Carter/Carson was. I updated him on the situation and he told me "Nothing in life is free." LOL - ummm okay. Well, I know cell phone stores do accessory bundles and promos all the time and Michael was also there validating that Samantha was going to throw in a charging block.Carson/Carter went to the back to his computer and printed out a receipt that showed she was going to charge me for that. My theory is that he just edited that receipt to show that because Samantha was so sweet and genuine and I trust that she was going to follow through on what she said.I later found out the charging blocks are only like $20 so I just don't understand why a manager would be so rude and condescending about it. I can only assume he is so miserable in his life that he shares that misery with others.I told him I would take my business elsewhere and headed to the corporate store on Eagle rd by Trader Joe's. They were super nice and helpful. They said they get a lot of complaints from "third party sellers" so moral of the story Is just go into the corporate store.Oh...and, Carson/Carter left my phone in SOS mode on purpose just to be rude. The corporate guys were able to easily fix it but how petty can you be???Avoid this place like the plague! Trust me!
