The staff member Sean who helped me was the most amazing kind, friendly, gentleman. His customer service skills alone are a solid reason to continue coming back. The other staff members had to step out and he handled the whole store alone like a rockstar. That guy deserves a raise and I will recommend that location for Sean alone!

The staff was friendly.I ordered on the subway app, a few footlong turkey sandwiches with ***extra turkey.*** When I got home and opened up the sandwiches, there was one layer of turkey on each sandwich. I paid extra for less turkey... I guess I'll have to babysit them while they make the sandwiches and not order online.It doesn't feel good getting ripped off.

It seems you pay a lot for not much. I got a turkey sandwich and literally had so many veggies and sauce I had to scrape them off to even taste the meat and cheese. Not sure who made it, but it was incorrect.

Ok so our entire order was made wrong, also found a bone in the sandwich. Called the store and said they couldn’t do anything until the following day. I got No call- so I called and the manager only offered a refund and I would have to go in the store. So dinner was ruined, and now a waste of gas to have to drive to get the money i already paid for back. Mistakes happen but at-least offer a sandwich with a refund for the mess. Won’t go back and definitely don’t recommend.

Horrible service. Both girls had a bad attitude. Will definitely not go back, the other one by KFC has much better service I recommend that one!

I got a ham and cheese melt. I got 3 pieces of meat on a 6 inch. The workers were extremely rude I can’t believe subway thinks these are good workers. Valerie and Tasla are costing your company money and customers.
