I've always said ... St. Luke's must have a rule that they can only hire nice people. After hundreds of labs, x-rays, medical appointments and hospital stays, I can honestly say that without exception, everyone was so nice. St. Luke's Meridian is always my first choice when I need medical care or a pharmacy.

Words cannot explain how grateful I am for the team here at St. Luke’s. I was seen by primary health on Fairview for weeks and still had trouble breathing, cough, mucus in the lungs and few other symptoms I was battling on for over a month now. It was last morning when I woke up from sleep not being able to breathe is when I decided to go in from check in it took minutes for them to get me into a room. The first RN was a fantastic nurse she was caring, prompt, professional, and got through the checklist very quickly before she finished the second nurse assistant came in and was hooking me up to my vitals check minutes after he left and made sure I was comfortable the doctor came in, and oh what a wonderful doctor I blame myself for forgetting these peoples names so I could mention these angels for everyone on here to know. Anyways doctor came in and in about 15 minutes had me hooked up to a nebulizer (breathing machine with medicine) I instantly felt great. Got an x-ray done and he decided I needed steroids for my lungs. Before I left the hospital my lungs and cleared my oxygen levels were stabile and my breathing was normal again. The whole experience was so quick and I have never had such a great experience of visiting the ER before. From point of check in to check out they took care of me fully. I love these people here at St. Luke’s that took care of me on the morning of 1/4/23. God bless them they are truly superheroes for what they do and continue to do!!!!!

Giving two stars only because the nurses were helpful. I was very disappointed in my doctor. I will not use the Meridian St. Luke's ER again.

I just want to say to the nurse at St. Luke's Meridian E.R today when my Mother came in & you told her not to call me during such a traumatic time. Check your nose! That was mine to know and I wanted to be there. Just do your job. You're a nurse not a counselor. That's MY Mom! How would you feel situation reversed? If any one knows her. Please pass this on.

In Nov. I had an appointment with Dr. Neary at St. Luke's Orthopedics in Meridian ID, East Portico building. This has to be the worst treatment I have ever got at any business in my life.Schedulers were hard to deal with. PA was better than the nurse. Nurse was rude, bad attitude, acted like a dictator, lied when she said tests could not be done in McCall. I walked out. From my experience this attitude is throughout the St. Luke's system. With the exception of St. Luke's McCall orthopedics. They treat people with respect and like a human being. If you like being treated bad visit St.Luke's orthopedics in Meridian Idaho.

Worst experience of my life. I was supposed to drink water but the nurses would move my table so I couldn’t reach. I could not use my arms or get up without assistance. And they would not respond to call button. Never sign anything in the Dr’s office that says there could be charges that insurance won’t cover while telling you that it never happens and your insurance company has already approved everything. They lie and my stay in the hospital was absolutely horrible. From now on St Al’s has my business

Wonderful providers and staff that really care! They have a ton of clinics and specialists at this location. They can take care of all your health needs.

My mom was taken here by ambulance some years ago. It was a terrible experience, long story, but first they wanted to put in a stint, then they actually checked and realized she didn’t need one. I should have wrote a review back then but recently something personal came up that reminded me of this situation, so I decided to write my experience. Not to mention all the horror stories I’ve heard from friends over the years. This place is so corrupt in my opinion. Patients beware!

Worst experience I had with this hospital .I had an emergency with dental , before admitting clearly asked about the dental service , they said yes , they took me inside of the room, waited for the doctor, no dental doctor available ,they came and took my insurance details , send the bill .I did not revive any service from them ,I came home with pain . When I call and ask them why I have to pay the whole amount , they are saying emergency room .It is completely unacceptableI don’t recommend this hospital.Worst hospital I had ever been

I tested positive for Covid on 9/29. I took the same protocol as I have done in the past. I reached out to my doctor who recommended I get a antiviral due to my medical condition. My doctor prescribed a three day IV course of remdesivir. Which currently being administered to those who have mild to moderate Covid and are at risk of severity of the disease.I reached out to the infusion center right before closing on 9/29. They advised me that they do see the order for the medicine but are closed on weekends and cannot schedule till Monday. They said call then early morning. I reached out to the infusion center as they asked me to but the representative told me that I’ll be expecting a call. I received a call from one of the schedulers, telling me that I don’t meet the criteria for the treatment. She says currently, only people who are obese or have cancer can get this administered. I explained that I have active asthma and currently on steroids to help with condition. I was confused as this is one of the conditions is listed on their Covid infusion center webpage and is also one of the first listed conditions for remdesivir treatment on the cdc guidelines. I called back later that day to speak to someone else who was claimed to be a supervisor. I was told by this supervisor that this medicine is very expensive, and adds that it’s 10,000 dollars. She adds that she’s not sure if my insurance would cover that and then adds that they really just don’t have enough nursing staff to administer this. Her solution? To call me back when they have a nurse who might be able to give me the medicine that was ordered. I was on the phone all day yesterday looking for help and kept getting the run around. I got no call back today which was promised. This is unethical of St Luke’s and hope no one has to experience this.

If I could give you guys a 0 star I would. My wife was brought in with a severe migraine that was effecting her speech. Dr Oswald referred us to a neurologist, when we called, they refused to set us up cause the referral was never sent. Filing an official complaint. This also resulted in a second ER visit where you charged us an additional charge. Our second visit in the ER consisted of us standing at the check in, after explaining that my wife couldn't speak the staff continued asking her questions, seems you are more concerned about taking peoples money than you are with helping people. What a disgrace. Never again.

St.Lukes Medical Centers I myself haven't had any problems with my heath care but I have heard horrible stories, if was much easier to get medical insurance when I was working and now with Medicare & AARP in Idaho and a doctor shortage it a little tough. But they do try to give you the best care possible young or old . My wife had a few problems trying to get doctors OK for prescription can though to get a refill. Then you got to go to CVS , Walgreens or Walmart....I think they need a little help on the follow up skills........if this helps please follow.......?.........

I pray against these demons running this hospital in Jesus' name. You might get away with what you did to Mr. Bundy and his family, but you will be judged by living resurrected Jesus, and unless you repent, hell will be your eternal home. You will no longer be able to torment the innocent. A false witness is an abomination to the Lord God, and that's what you are.

Friday 8-25-23 I went to urgent care for abdominal pain and the Dr. Advised I go straight to emergency for concerns of appendicitis. The ER experience I had was by far the best ER experience I've ever had in my 37 year's of life. The Dr. Josef M, Nurses and staff treated me with such kindness. I loved that Dr. Josef M genuinely cares about his patients and took time to explain thing's and answer any questions I had. Ended up not being appendicitis or anything life threatening. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and treating me with care.

I'll start by saying I've had previous positive experience here. NOT SO last Thurs. night 9:30ish ER. Admissions team great! Not too busy, taken to private quiet room in a short period of time. Dr. and nurse treated me as though I was an inconvenient opioid addict in search of MORE. Never discussed "OLD MED LIST". I became a hot potatoe, discharged with a broken T-12 vertebrae showing up in MRI Done Mon. at 7:30 am.Shame on them, pharmacist great.Prescription for steroid dose pack. Never went over discharge paperwork or med list. There was an opinion formed and a rash judgement to get rid of me!Follow up call with John completely restored my faith!! ? Thank You ?
