My salesman lied to me about length of contract. When my contract should have been up I was told I had 7 more months. Customer service unable to help told go to store I bought phone. Today that manager refused to come out and speak to me. They refused to tell me when I could speak to the manager.

The man in the phone area was great . He found me a new watch band and replaced the broken one. He works for the service providers, not the store. He still helped me with a nonservice item

Isaac was absolutely amazing! I only wish I could give him 10 stars. He was super patient and incredibly helpful. If you are switching phone services, make sure it's with Isaac at T-mobile. He will take the time to make sure you're happy with them.

Went in to get a new phone and was told we had a free line. The worker went on about his drinking with his girlfriend etc etc never going over any details. He couldn’t figure something out and the manager got involved to show the free line as he was walking out the door. A month later got slammed with a $400 bill and was told after being on hold for an hour that we did not have a free line. Super helpful staff (sarcasm)

A different T-Mobile store in Boise (franchise store) had messed up a trade-in promo that had left us hanging with $800 missed discount. Multiple hours on the phone with corporate (611) and talking to folks at the franchise store did not resolve the issue. At THIS corporate store, they were able to escalate the issue for us to the right people and get us the $800 worth promo we've been trying to get for MONTHS talking to various other folks.One of the store employees, Pedro, took 3+ hours of his time to help call the other store, corporate, consult with the manager... He didn't stop until the path to resolution was both clear and initiated. Nobody before then took the time, and nobody before then was able to resolve the issue. Big shout-out to PEDRO!!!I will be buying all my new plans and devices from this place going forward. They were thorough, they were friendly and they got the job done!Yes, it took a long time (mine was a tough issue to solve, can't blame the store for that). Yes, they were super busy! (Probably because they actually tried to help folks. :) ). If you are in a rush, make an appointment or call 611 instead. If you actually need an issue resolved, then bring some time and let these folks do their job. They are darn good at it!

This is a corporate store that can actually help you. I had the worse experience at the other T-Mobile stores in Boise and meridian. Why? Because there indirect agents that will not help you. I visited two T-Mobile stores in Boise and went back to the T-Mobile store that Miss inputted my social and messed up my account. When I went back they wouldn’t fix it they said I had to call Care they wouldn’t even get into my account then I called Care and they said I had to go to the store do not go to a indirect T-Mobile store go to the corporate store I talk to and got help from Amos who I want to give a shout out too. He was kind professional and calm. Amos is why I’ll be going back to the corporate store. Thanks Amos. Your the man.

Steer clear of this store when receiving any rebates or special promotions. They tell you one thing and then your account gets charged another amount. $75 was added to my monthly bill, adding $900 annually to my bill!!! They never credited to my account for the rebate they informed me I would receive. I had to call into the main office to get my the credit, though the amount was half of what the store told me. So now I'm still paying a monthly fee for my phones when I was told they were paid in full at the store with my credit amount and my payment for the balance. THIS STORE SCAMS YOU!!

I had a wonderful experience here with Pedro, who worked really hard for a friend and me on both our accounts. He answered any questions we had, and helped us in any way he could to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even stayed late to make sure we were completely taken care of! I couldn't have asked for a better employee to work with! Especially since my other experiences with different locations never went as I envisioned or hoped. So thank you Pedro!! If I ever need any other help I'll be sure to visit this location and ask for him directly.

Great experience at this location provided by Amos Villeta. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and quick. He did a great job explaining everything. This was a much better experience than what we received at another store recently. Thanks to Amos we feel better about T-mobile in general!

I came to pay For a deductible to get a new phone which was over 100 dollars that I was told would be here in 1-2 days. I constantly called back to just get passed around for over a week. Just to have to come back to the store with the previous phone still on the desk and I requested to get my phone back and a refund. I still Haven’t received my refund to this day.

I had a great experience at the Sprint Store near Trader Joe's in Meridian last Saturday! The manager, Fernando, helped me and my mother make a transition to a new phone for her. He was a consummate professional... patiently explaining all the options and ultimately getting her into the best phone for her at a great price. The staff was helpful in getting all of her data and apps migrated to the new phone despite it being a busy Saturday. I highly recommend this store. Thank you Fernando!
