My daughter and I wanted to get a properly fitted bra today so we came into the store. We were not greeted by either employee so we asked to be fitted and girl #1 looked us up and down and asked girl #2 to help us. Girl #2 took us back- spent less than a minute with me and brought back bras with cup sizes almost three sizes too big. I told her they were going to be too big and she said she'd brought back a size smaller than she fitted me for. Tried them on and it was WAY too big. After waiting in the fitting room for about 15 mins and not being checked on, I went out to see if they had a smaller size. No one acknowledged me, not even girl #2. So we left. It felt like a total Pretty Woman moment because we spent a fortune online. Big Mistake. Very poor service.

The location Sucks big time. It's very hard to get a place to park as it seems to be a "trendy" shopping area.Soma itself was clean and organized with someone there to help you if you need it. I did.I was measured for sizing and tried on Multiple bras in multiple styles and sizes. They will let you stay in the fitting room and bring you whatever you ask for. It took me a Lot of time to find what I was looking for but they were always very friendly and helpful. Just make sure it is a good fit for you as the one girl said "that looks good" talking about the fit....and it Was better then what I wore in, but it still wasn't quite right. I asked for still another size and finally came away with 4 bras that fit pretty well. They cost quite a bit, but the comfort comparison of off the rack and not quite right size I had been wearing in the past were a HUGE difference. And worth the cost in the end.

Very unprofessional employees in both language and appearance. As an owner of a business I would be embarrassed to have this location representing the Soma name.

Poor customer service. I bought a pajama shirt on line to pick up in store due to being in a hurry. I always wear a medium shirt, although this style didn't fit my bust. They wouldn't let me exchange it because the tag wasn't on it. Any other store would have wanted to satisfy the customer and exchange it. I won't EVER go to Soma again.

Very bad fitting. I was measured, given multiple bras in that size to try and so very obvious it didn't fit. The girl helping me didn't think it was the measurements, just told me that's what they have.

One of my favorite places to shop for warm winter and cool summer pajamas. They also have amazing summer dresses, lounge wear, bras, and underwear. Fine quality and lots of sizes.

Soma bras are absolutely amazing! I love that Soma is size inclusive! There’s a bra for every single person and body type! They have great customer service and value every customer that walks in their doors!I have been struggling to find a nice everyday bra that didn’t brake the bank and that was actually comfortable enough to wear!Sammy was FANTASTIC!!!! I can’t thank her enough for finding me a bra that made me feel confident, beautiful and oh my gosh so comfortable!!! I’m telling everyone I know to ditch their old bras and come to Soma!!!

I needed a couple of new bras and I walked in and no one said anything to me. Fine. I walked around, slowly, looked through all of the racks and in some of drawers and still no one said anything to me. I looked to see where the associates were and one was super concerned with filing the bags... the other was helping someone. I'm in sales... I understand you might have been understaffed, but the least you could do was acknowledge me. Super disappointed... your loss on a big sale.

Every single time I come in to this store no one greets me. I don't know what size I am at Soma. Or what specials to be aware of. Very lacking on customer service

Stay far away from the Soma store at The Village in Meridian. Worst customer service ever and such a humiliating experience. I tried sending an email twice to Soma customer service explaining the situation so higher up management could see what was going on, but no reply back. I’ll never shop there again.

I have a great deal of trouble finding quality bras that are pretty and fit without hurting. Soma does it all! With a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff that go out of their way to make sure you find the perfect fit tailored specifically to your needs. Beautiful selection!

I returned a bra I got yesterday and they were not able to return my money to my credit card I used. The store clerk asked if I used a gift card. The receipt showed the payment of my credit card, no gift card, and she said her computer would not return my money to my credit card. I left the store with no money refunded and left the bra I returned. They said I would get an email regarding my refund from Soma. I have never not gotten my money with my own credit card refunded before from any other store. They are difficult to work with and I'll see if my refund ever shows up. I will definitely be back to the store at the Village if I do not get my money back. I was told that I would receive an email regarding my refund due. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL or communication regarding the money that is owed to me! What a hassle!

I had an unfortunate, negative experience at the SOMA store at The Village. It was one of the first times I had ever shopped there and it was so bad, I won't go in again. I do want to add that SOMA customer service at the corporate level were very helpful and did help me. Even the SOMA customer service rep who called the SOMA store at The Village to help take care of my order told me that the manager she spoke to was rude to her and the customer care rep wrote a letter of complaint about how she was treated. It was that bad. :(The store assistant manager (Kyra) and manager (Reni) were so unkind and rude to me. They treated me poorly and couldn't care less about having my business or doing anything to solve the problem. I had ordered some items during a Black Friday deal, paid through PayPal and chose pick up in store to save on shipping cost. It did take me 6 days to pick up my items as I was busy with work and life and don't live in Meridian. I didn't have any reason to believe the items wouldn't be available because I received email reminders letting me know I could pick up my items "your order is ready when you are" and that I should show the email to the store clerk. I had received that very notice the day before I went in. When I came in on my lunch time, I was told my order had been cancelled the day before because of the store policy that they have to be picked up in 4 days. I explained that I was unaware of the policy. There was simply no way for me to know. The manager insisted that I did know and that I received notice on my email reminders. I did not. There is nothing anywhere on the site when you order online that lets a customer know they must pick items up in 4 days or they will be cancelled. Anyway, they wouldn't look at the email or listen or do anything to offer a solution. I was treated as if I had done something wrong and was told I was being rude and that they didn't want to do anything for me. It was the worst treatment I've ever experienced in a store, pretty much ever. I won't ever go back in that store. It was that bad.Beware if you order anything for store pick-up. There is no notice anywhere that there is a time limit. I have asked the corporate office to fix this so that future customers are aware and don't have to experience cancellation of their purchase or worse, the horrible treatment I experienced. Merry Christmas to me. :(I expect you will see a negative comment about me if the SOMA manager reads this. This is exactly what you can expect even if you ask for help in a calm, quiet manner. Not sure why, but they just don't care.

Always excellent customer service. I came in with an extremely complicated return/exchange and was greeted with 'absolutely, no problem!'. She them proceeded to help find exactly what I needed for my exchange and then gave me additional coupons above the listed sale price! Thank you for making me feel so much like a valued customer!

I ordered online for pick up. Got the email 3 days ago that it was in. I was unavailable to go until today. They called yesterday and said they would hold it for one more day. However, when I went to pick up today they were not open. The signage on the store and online says they open at 10 am. I arrived at 10:03 and came back at 11:30. There is still no one in the store. I have tried calling to find out their actual hours but cannot get through and there is no way to leave a message. While I like their products, pick up should not be this difficult! After calling again at 1 pm without an answer, I called the 1-888 number and spoke with a nice woman who was also unable to reach anyone at the store. She honored the price on my purchase and is shipping them to me at no additional cost. I do appreciate this but all the run around and all the phone calls were frustrating.
