My 2003 Hyndai Accent was a gift from a very good friend who passed away from Alzheimer complications, she was 86. So, I named my gift after my friend, "Nancy."Friends & Family advised to sell or trade in for a newer vehicle but sentimental value can't be replaced. Having only 43,000 miles on it & CLEAN inside & out (despite a few chips); new tires were put on & alignment done when I drove it to Idaho from California.It STILL was a strong little car & needed additional work...this is where Roger's Tire Pros came in. Linton was helpful in letting me know about Roger's Tire Pros and what ALL they can do; Chris assisted in gently breaking down THAT struts and front axle was needed as well as the cost and Cyrus who did the actual AWESOME job AND Melissa who answered the phones, always so nice ...MY lil car now drives like a Brand New Car and SO glad I didn't trade it for a new one. Sentimental Value...Roger's Tire Pros will have my loyalty for ANY vehicle work I may need because of their sincerity, honesty, and overall FAIR treatment that didn't take but a day to complete!?! You are ALL AWESOME, down there on Ustick Rd in Meridian...don't ever change!

Roger’s Tire Pros and Auto Care were wonderful. They helped me get a new set of tires quickly and at a fair price. They communicated well and were kind. They answered my questions and helped me make the best choice. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tires .

As a business owner myself, I can tell you probably some of the best service I’ve had at a service shop! Everybody was so nice and professional! They got me in first thing the next morning as I was leaving on a trip. I was only there for 45 minutes. Definitely will be recommending them to everybody!Service: Tires

Great service! Everything was hassle free, and the techs made an assessment of my tires right in front of me. This displayed knowledge, honesty, and also a willingness to educate me about the concerns that brought me into the shop. Being listened to is a key factor to why I will remain a loyal customer!

I was greeted immediately as I walked in. Brooklyn took my service request. She said it would be handled in about an hour. The technician got to work on my tire soon after. In 50 minutes I had paid and walked out the door. Very good service .

Got me in quick, dropped my truck off and used the key drop. Called me right away in the morning to discuss what I needed. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it for way cheaper than what I was expecting. Awesome customer service answered every question and concern I had. Don’t come here unless you want them to lie to your face. My whole family and I have been going to them for years and spent thousands of dollars never really had a problem with them until I went in for an oil change and it was taking longer than usual when my car was ready Chris came up to me holding my handle to my dipstick he tells me it broke off and my dipstick is stuck in my car and they tried for 30 minutes to retrieve it and even their lead mechanic tried and he couldn’t get it out either then he tells me to be able to get it they would have to take apart my whole engine get it out and that would be starting at around $170 or more depending on how long it took them to get it , I went to my uncle who has knowledge about cars he was able to get it out in less than 1 minute ! Unbelievable on top of that I called to schedule an appointment with this place to get it fixed and the front desk told me well Chris needs to do some research because he says this won’t be an easy fix can he call you back I said yes of course they don’t even feel like calling me back a week later I really wonder what they were actually doing during those 30 minutes .Service: Oil change
