Overall, I think they do a good job. Recently I started having issues with warning lights and found that it was a problem with my air filter. I had taken it in a week prior for an oil change. If the technician would have checked my air filter as part of my oil change, I probably wouldn't have had to come in to pay for a diagnostic test.

I will say my experience was wonderful. The whole office staff was friendly and explained and showed me the tread depth of my tires when just 3 weeks ago Big O tires stated I had at least another 50 thousand miles on my tires. Which was a complete false statement. They got my car in and replaced all four tires, Alignment and did my oil change as well. I will forever recommend Roger’s Tire to anyone I know. For their honesty, caring, understanding and great customer service they will forever have my business.. I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR WHOLE TEAM.

We got a 3" lift with wheels and tires for our brand new GMC Yukon. Ryan helped us find wheels that matched perfectly and the tires that look awesome! After 20k miles we had a tire that got a cut in the sidewall and needed to be replaced because it could not be repaired. They covered the new tire and labor to replace it under warranty! Such great service. Love these guys!

I brought our 2009 Ford focus in because I suspected that the rear wheels camber was not correct and needed adjustment. Roger’s tire pro advised me that the Camber adjustment arms for the rear wheels needed to be replaced, and went ahead and charged me $873.49 for doing this, along with alignment. The problem, apart from the extortionate cost, is that the rear wheels look exactly the same as they did when it was brought in so I still don't think that the camber is correct! I wonder; did those camber adjustment arms really need to be replaced? I won’t go there again, don’t trust them!!!
