I’m 65 recently had back surgery so I was wearing a bulky back brace when I stopped in. I wandered the entire store except mattresses and appliances.Not one single sales person said hello or asked if I needed help even though I smiled at all of them. I also saw multiple employees who were setting out small decorative items. None of them smiled or said hello either or asked if I needed help.I was born and raised in Salt Lake and still go to the SLC store when I’m visiting family on occasion. There I have always been greeted by multiple sales people and asked if I needed help. I was very disappointed with the customer service at the Meridian store.I don’t know if it was my silver hair, my age, back brace or my jeans/t shirt that caused your sales people to act like I was invisible.There were two young people; a young man pushing a dolly thru the clearance area who smiled and greeted me as he was headed to a back room. Also a young lady bringing something out of the back on a dolly by the accessory area to the right of the payment counter. She also gave me a smile and said hello. . It’s pretty sad when your best customer service representatives are in their 20’s and not in sales.I bought several decorative items while in the store and also ordered a bed table on line on line that you didn’t have in stock.Hopefully you’ll remind your sales people that women in their 60’s have buying power and we shouldn’t be ignored. At least smile and say hello. I’m planning on doing some remodeling this fall once I recover from this back surgery.RC Willey has always been my go to store. This fall I will come back when I’m ready to buy some livingroom furniture. If I’m ignored by your sales people again I’ll walk out and send my money elsewhere

Want to say thank you to Joe a top notch sales rep. He went above and beyond to assist me in my purchase of my next tv. He came in on his day off just so I could compare 2 tv which I was considering for gaming. I was able to set up my Xbox and compare the 2 TVs to see which one I liked best so I could choose which one. Can’t wait to start gaming on my new 65 inch Samsung S95C.

Cruz helped us find the perfect mattress and box springs. We initially sought a different mattress but it would not have worked for us. He found us the best one at the best price!

Communication with customer regarding delivery scheduling was poor. They must have called the wrong number to get my credit card info which delayed delivery 2 days.

Aleena was the best. She has a soft approach and answered all our questions. She told us about features and price differences without trying to influence our decision.there appeared to be a shortage of cashiers and the mood at checkout reflected it.

RC Willey was able to deliver my refrigerator much faster than other options and at a less expensive price.Sale associate and delivery team were professional and fast at hooking up the refrigerator.I also liked that, on the day of delivery, the text confirming the delivery provided me a link. The link allowed me to watch the progress allowing me to be completely ready and pets placed in a safe area.An area of frustration was deliveries do not happen on the weekend and on Mondays. This was difficult because I had no refrigerator in my new house.Short staffed/busy and had to wait awhile to speak with a sales associate.

We were pleasantly greeted when we walked into the store. We strolled through the amazingly large selection of furniture, TV’s anything you could want for your home. The associates were there if you wanted to ask questions but did not follow us around. We bought several pieces our first trip and will definitely return for future needs.
