I had an issue with the speaker volume and Mike solved the problem within 10 minutes. Definately will reccomend these folks to family and friends.

Cole went above and beyond to help us with our customer’s computer need. Not only did he graciously help this non-technical person(myself) out by relaying info to her coworkers, he even went as far as, once he could go no further, getting us in touch with someone who could potentially help further. Instead of taking over, he made sure I was kept informed throughout the whole process, and handled the situation with expertise and personable professionalism.Thanks Cole!!

I called Cole and asked for a specific type of USB cord. He had one but it would have been very expensive to purchase. I only needed it for a one time use, so he kindly let me borrow it. He was very helpful and I am most grateful he was willing to go the extra mile and help this customer (and total stranger) out. Thanks Cole!

I highly recommend this company. I had a difficulty with a computer I purchased at Quick Computers several years ago. Cole remotely connected to my computer and fixed the problem in minutes. This saved me lots of time and effort. I would say this was service beyond what I expected!

Got my pc diagnosed and a new part installed on the spot!! Cole only charged me for the diagnosis as well! Super personable, super knowledgeable. (Bring your beaver skins for bartering.)

Mike fixed my computer which I couldn't even get to work at all! Talk about genius! He cleaned up my computer, fixed the problem and fixed my wi-fi. I ONLY let Quick Computer help me. They are trustworthy and smart and honest beyond measure. I have been going to them since they first opened their doors a LONG TIME AGO.Love them!

I brought in two laptops needing work of differing kinds and one of them was a mid-range gaming laptop that had stopped charging rather suddenly. I met with the owner and his honesty about the brand of gaming laptop and that the particular issue I was having was a common problem, coupled with the fact that there was little they could do was refreshing. I never felt like I was being pushed toward expensive, lengthy work to restore a machine that would, ultimately and probably, fail again soon to pad their pockets. The owner seemed more concerned with helping me where he could and by being honest with next steps. The turn around time was quick and exactly as long as he said it would be; within 48 hours they had gotten back to me about the prognosis for both machines and their recommendations. Both an employee and the owner were kind enough to recommend a better brand of gaming laptop, which was something I appreciated. The cost was much better than I expected and I suspect that their work was worth more than what they were asking in payment.If you need someone who will be honest about what work your machines need and quick turn around time, I cannot recommend them enough. I will be going there for all computer-related questions and repairs in the future.

THIS PLACE ROCKS! I had a problem with my brand new laptop and I thought it might be bricked. I brought it into the store and the awesome people at the front desk assured me the'll look at it asap and get back to me. One day later, I got a call back and it was all fixed! The prices are super fair and resaonable and they really are QUICK! I'll always reccomend these guys for anyone with computer needs. Thanks again!!

Toom my computer Store I won't name in Meridian... I was told I needed a new memory bored and ram, the works... I had my doubt to took it and found the true problem and fix it. So, I highly recommend Quick Computer service as they didn't try to rip me off... they fixed my computer in great time and now I'm gaming again ...THANK YOU PEEPS!!!
