I called Cole and asked for a specific type of USB cord. He had one but it would have been very expensive to purchase. I only needed it for a one time use, so he kindly let me borrow it. He was very helpful and I am most grateful he was willing to go the extra mile and help this customer (and total stranger) out. Thanks...
