Went to purchase 3 different hats. Walked up at 5:47, and the employee locked the door on my husband and 3 kids. Yes, it was close to closing time but he knew exactly what he wanted. Would have taken 5 minutes to grab and pay. How rude of the kid to not even pop his head out and say sorry he was closing the store early. Just looked at him and locked the doors 13 minutes early. We purchase a lot of merchandise from this store. Sorry to say you lost a loyal customer after this. Super rude and not professional.

Employees were very rude! When I was paying the guy checking us out seemed like her didn’t want to be there when we would ask him something he would answer in a rude way. When we were about to leave we said thank you and he looked away and continued talking to the other worker and laughing..

Went for Idaho sports team hats very small selection was kinda disappointed. Lots of straight bill hats not many Curved bill hats at all & that's what I wear.

Look. I'm not mad. I really thought when I moved here some 18 years ago that I would have some options as to sports gear. Little did I know that Pro Image and Blue and Orange in the mall as well Capz is all owned by Pro Image. With all of that said, my fav location is at the Village. I pop in once or twice a week and the team is awesome and super friendly. Coming from San Diego, I had about 10 - 12 different unaffiliated locations to choose from and figured that the Boise area would have about half as much. Alas that was not the case but I've appreciated the Pro Image stores on numerous occasions. One occasion was when I won a jersey from a restaurant that is no longer in Boise that featured kilts. I won an Andrew Luck jersey and wanted a different one. Pro Image was more than gracious to exchange for one I wanted. The Meridian location was able to get me Tom Brady jersey before he signed with Tampa Bay. So while Pro Image dominates the sports gear scene here in Boise and Meridian, I'm fortunate to have them especially the one at the village.
