Very clean location and great staff. Probably one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to and offers a lot of options during working hours. This gym doesn’t get too packed but has workout classes that tend to get fully booked.

Had a membership at Pivot for about a year, didn't go very often... it is sparkling new and clean and deserves kudos for that, and it was never that crowded when I went there. The problem is that the room with the SGT equipment is kept closed except for classes. As a result, the space that you have to work with for a standard membership is small and somewhat limited for equipment, although it should be said that the equipment that was there was top notch. All in all Pivot is a good fallback option, even if it falls a little short of my number 1 choice.

I love going to Pivot in the morning. The facility is great and has a variety of equipment to be able to work out every muscle group. There is also group activities with yoga, and spin. Mary, the gym coordinator, befriended me. She is so helpful and nice. I always enjoy seeing her. Great job Pivot!

I loved Pivot while I had my membership there! The POD (functional training) classes were top notch. They seem to hire the best of the best as far as trainers go. Anthony is my absolute favorite. The only reason I cancelled my membership is because the Tenmile location does not have class times that align with my schedule. I tried to request late afternoon / early evening POD classes, but was told it wasn’t going to happen anytime soon. I was also disappointed when they got rid of the beginner POD program. Overall, I miss attending those classes so much. It was an amazing environment. I would not join for the open gym alone…it leaves much to be desired. But the value on their unlimited membership is a steal for the variety of classes offered. If they started to offer late afternoon classes again, I would definitely rejoin.

I am extremely disappointed with the functional fitness room and the consistency of the facility’s ability to maintain advertised hours of operation: The staff has asked me in the middle of a workout to finish up, so they could leave early. So unprofessional. I often plan the end of my day and exiting my office to make sure I can get there before it closes, and it is consistently “closed early”. I specifically joined the gym for access to that room. I’m ready to cancel my membership. I called the Boise location to see if they maintain a more consistent schedule and was told, “Well if it’s slow we just go home.” What?????

Can’t say enough good things about this gym. Besides being the only gym in meridian I could find that offered drop in rates (in town from SLC) the staff was very helpful, accommodating and had great communication. From the initial phone call confirming how the drop in would work, til the time I walked out of the gym the third morning of dropping in I was very impressed with every aspect of the gym and the staff. Very clean, new, and high end.Wish this gym existed in Salt Lake so I could keep going.
