I called and they were so polite and scheduled me for the next morning. The gentleman was on time and very helpful. The price was extremely reasonable. The carpet looks fantastic and I am so glad I called! I would definitely recommend!!!

We recently had our carpets cleaned by Oxi Fresh. We will not hire them again. The carpet looks 90% what it looked like before they cleaned it. Old spots and stains are still visible. I had originally called because our puppy got a hold of a red pen that left some ink spots. The technician said there was nothing he could do. I realize that red is the hardest ink to get out, but after the technician left I was still able to blot out more ink myself with a rag and some Folex. It almost looks like they cleaned with not much more than water. They do not have a truck-mounted suction system and am sure that is part of the problem. I have made several attempts to contact the franchise owner here in Boise, but so far, after a week of waiting for a return phone call, we have heard nothing. Poor customer service, poor result. I would not recommend hiring this company.
