I love this store, and everyone has been great and knowledgeable when I’ve been in. I was just really disappointed in the last two times. I finally got to make it into the store…this was during their business hours. The store was closed both times when it should’ve been open?? And nobody was around. Was in November I believe. Hopefully it will be open the next time I come in.

Lady was nice but I was not informed on their return policy on a product that I was purchasing and that the product I was purchasing was not eligible for return if I was not satisfied. Nor the recipe or the website has this information either. When I called to inquire about the purchase I made less than a few hours ago I was first told I can return it, a few moments I receive a phone call back telling me I can NOT return said item and that it's posted somewhere on a counter to which is a little frustrating because it's not my first thought to search around for store policies. Maybe in the future they will inform the customer of the return policy before they make the purchase. Probably would have went with Amazon then.

This is a wonderful store. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are supportive of other businesses here in the treasure valley too. They are still doing great customer service during this very difficult time of covid, which as another small business owner I know feels almost impossible. Thanks Nutrition West!

Placed an order on 9-24-2020 called to check on it last week was told it was ordered. Called today and was told it was just ordered on the 4th. That can't keep their story straight. Very disappointed. Guess all go somewhere else.

No mask mandate - customer standing at the front desk refusing to back up 6 feet blocked my check out - never shop there again - they were rude when I called to talk to the manager - said the manager was out of town - owner never on site - very disgusted - I will order online from somewhere else now - bad management and no mask - no business frim me -
