I have never worked with someone who is as quick and accurate as Eric. I found myself in a tricky situation and Northwest Private Lending was there to help. Here is the deal, they care about you and what is good for you and them both. Everything is fast and clear to understand. After being let down by other lenders, I was referred to NW Private Lending. I had 5 days to get funding in place. Erik said he could make it happen and he did! I appreciate not only that NWPL did what they said they'd do, but that the whole process went very smoothly. Everyone did their job well. The first documents were correct, so no redoing work, and everything was made as easy as possible for me.

Our experience with Northwest Private Lending was very professional. Erik Keyes was extremely helpful. Erik thoroughly explained the process to us and offered us good advice. We took Erik's advice and were able to close our home purchase with a conventional loan rather than the funding from NPL but we were very impressed with how Erik treated us.
