The entire staff is knowledgeable about treats, toys, pet supplements, bedding and pet gear like a vest for hiking or swimming. Great variety of quality dog food and has a loyalty program to earn a free bag of pet food. I have bought harnesses, leashes, toys, supplements and pet food from them since they have been open. They have a ton of stuff if you are traveling with your pet. My go to place for my dogs.

Oh my goodness! Today was my first time into Northwest Pets and I was immediately greeted by Jordan and she spent about 20 min helping me find healthier food and food allergy solutions for my dog! She had SO much info and knowledge and was so sweet! The rest of the staff was amazing too. This is NOT your general big box pet store - this is a great place with incredible customer service, amazing healthy products, and a staff that ACTUALLY know what they are taking about! Highly recommend coming here for all of your pet needs. *Also, they have adorable neck bow ties and other fun accessories and toys for dogs and cats too!

My dog loves the Fromm's dry dog food selections! Especially the Fromm's Pork and Applesauce one!! They said most picky chihuahuas love that particular flavor!!

For my 400th review, I'd like to give you my take on this place. This pet store is AWESOME!!! If you love spoiling your pet, this is the store 4 you. They have everything that you will need 2 spoil a dog or cat from personalized name tags 2 Christmas sweaters 2 fluffy pet beds 4 all sizes. They have toys, dog/cat food (raw & dry), leashes, cooking supplies 2 make sure own homemade treats, birthday pet cake mixes 4 celebrating their special day, collars, chew prevention toys, dental supplies, etc. If your pet needs it, they have it! I'll be back. I've already bought toys, bones & am contemplating a winter sweater 4 my GSP. There's so much 2 choose from I can't decide. Check it out. You'll be impressed!!!

This is a nice little pet store with all the necessary items you would need for your 4 legged pets... stopped in to look for some treats for our pets... prices were about average for the goods purchased, however we wish there were more selection... but the staff was friendly.... and helped us find items similar to our regular purchases elsewhere...
