Our dogs and cat have been given the best care! The value, the staff, the ease of scheduling and the grooming services are amazing. We love the doctors and how they explain things to us, and we don’t feel taken advantage of with pricing or anything. The mobile vet option is also helpful. 10/10 stars! Thank you! Max, Ruby, Siggy, Murphy and George ❤️

We can’t say enough great things about Linder Pet Medical. The staff is so knowledgeable and caring, always answering our questions and taking wonderful care of our little Cody. They even texted us during his dental surgery to let us know he was doing well since we were nervous about putting him under at 15 years old. Linder also has a great mobile service that we use as Cody gets a little nervous in the car. We are very happy putting his care in their hands!

I regret my decision to switch my vet to Linder. Their dismissive “everything looks fine to me” attitude no doubt robbed me of precious years with the best cat I’ve ever had. To know that he’s suffered needlessly for any amount of time tears at my heart.I signed up for Linder’s plan so my a senior cat would be seen every six months, to quickly catch and treat any illnesses fast. Their mobile vet reduces travel stress on pets, but Dr. Ormond is too dismissive and flippant when it comes to accessing a pet’s health. When I go to the vet I’m not looking to be told everything is “probably” fine. I expect them to do their job, to complete real data-driven tests and suggest options rather than spend two minutes looking at him and declaring everything is normal. I believed Dr. Ormond that my cat’s low weight was “normal” and accepted issues dismissed as “he’s just getting old.” Yet I know now it wasn’t normal. My cat was sick and showed clear signs for years - weight loss, low weight, muscle wasting, coat problems and other issues. Cats are extremely difficult to read when they’re sick, if this vet doesn’t take these more obvious signs seriously then how would they ever catch the more nuanced symptoms? It’s simple - they won’t. I wasn’t asked the right questions to recognize what was happening and I’m not the expert. I trusted the Linder team with my cat’s health when I shouldn’t have.Linder also failed to inform me after a blood test revealed my cat had hyperthyroidism. This issue is very treatable but hard on the body’s organs and fatal if left untreated. They didn’t realize their mistake until I took the initiative to bring my cat in again concerned over symptoms that in hindsight were obviously hyperthyroidism. They assured me this was a one time mistake but repeated it with new bloodwork when they said I’d see results same week, fast forward three weeks after several calls and texts there were still no results. I found out later the blood test was completed the next day, the wait was simply their lack of communication and follow through - they couldn’t spare any time even when it was clear how important it was to me.What’s worse, for years they treated elevated levels for his kidneys and thyroid dismissively, not recommending any follow up tests, treatments, food or lifestyle changes. The most I got was the levels were something to “keep an eye on,” only for them to not keep an eye on it by shrugging off my requests to do blood work at several visits. Please understand I would’ve paid anything for this cat. I wanted to ensure he was healthy not save a few bucks. I had no idea these levels were concerning until I went to another vet and they were alarmed by new and prior blood test records. My cat not only has hyperthyroidism but kidney disease, with symptoms gradually worsening for nearly two years. Linder didn’t seem to take any of it seriously.Bottom line is, Linder Pet Medical has poor communication, follow through, and organizational practices. They fail to recognize symptoms of critical issues and don’t suggest follow up tests to verify their poor instincts.EDIT in response to Linder: Negative reviews from years ago hit on these same failures to inform of blood test results and not taking critical issues seriously (that have unfortunately resulted in the death or suffering of beloved pets). Also please don’t assume the precious life of a pet only impacts one person. If the people in my household like my husband who are directly impacted by your negligence want to give you your well deserved one star then he is free to do so.Some points - Professionals know Kidney disease is masked by hyperthyroidism and low weight. You know that skin and bones look you kept insisting was normal? Also, time spent does not equal quality care. Spending 30 minutes talking in circles about how everything is “probably” normal isn’t helpful. Talk does not equal informed results provided by urinalysis, x-rays, radiology, etc. If you want to avoid honest reviews then it’s simple… take issues seriously and follow up consistently.

My kitties and I love Dr. Kopp. She is so attentive to their needs and concerns. She helped diagnose my senior kitty’s hyperthyroidism, and with that help my kitty has been managing. Of course, she still looks like a little senior lady-however we also got her started on Solensia about six months ago and she now jumps up onto things and runs up and down the stairs.Dr. Kopp also helped me and my family through a difficult euthanasia a couplemonths ago, I never did express my gratitude for the kindness and loving care she extended to me and my siblings. Thank you!

Do NOT bring your beloved pets to this place. The staff here are either malicious or lazy. They will refuse to run tests for your animals, stating they "look healthy". They will allow your pet to suffer for YEARS with undiagnosed medical issues, all while taking your money and stealing time with your pets from you. This is NOT an isolated incident, and you will be gambling with your furry friend's life if you bring them here. STAY AWAY.

I have had friends refer me to Linder Pet, and I can’t thank them enough. I have a 12 year old elderly basset hound with intervertebral disc disease. She has had a number of health issues this year, and Linder Pet has absolutely been a lifesaver since August when I thought we would lose her. I’m so grateful to all of the staff, the front desk for fielding my questions by phone (multiple times a day during one of her health episodes), the technicians who do intake and provide care, and the doctors who have fantastic knowledge and skill both an appointments and in the operating room. Though my dog continues to have ongoing health issues, Linder Pet continues to solve her issues, ease her pain, and provide friendly affordable service. Switching to Linder Pet this year has changed her health, and saved my sanity. Most recently, Dr. Kopp and technician Penny helped her through a particularly uncomfortable infection/virus, and she is now thriving and seems back to her normal self. If you’re wondering whether you should switch to a different veterinarian, this is the obvious choice. Abby, my dog, has been to more than five in the valley and I will never look back to another one of them. Thank you! ❤️

I will always bring all my pets here, and the level of care and compassion from both the veterinarians and the staff is truly remarkable. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure my pets receive the best possible care. The membership plan they offer has been incredibly cost-effective, leading to significant savings. I will continue to bring my pets here!

I would not recommend this veterinary clinic. ZERO stars! They didn’t care about my pets health. It was all about money with them and they took very little time checking my Dog during vet visits. My experience: DO NOT sign the waiver for anesthesia without the proper bloodwork completed. They’ll rush you through (sign here and here) to remove responsibility from themselves. Your pet may need information discovered in that blood work BEFORE undergoing general anesthesia to keep them safe. If you love your pet, and want to protect them (but still use this clinic) at the very least verify the blood work yourself before any anesthesia. When our dog had cancer he was delayed potential life saving treatment (with another facility) because the vet wouldn’t take the 30 seconds to look at the lump growing in his mouth but then later stated “just looking at it I could tell it is likely oral melanoma” when he was asleep. Why did you wait 5 weeks to ‘check’ then for an opening in the dental schedule!? She could have looked and given a warning allowing us to get to a specialist. It felt like this vet just wanted money and to collect a second fee for cleaning, biopsy, and anesthesia. Not only that but she put our poor baby under anesthesia with a heart murmur that they didn’t bother checking beforehand. The murmur was later mentioned by another vet at this same clinic after he got super sick a few days after the biopsy and cleaning. Vet was so blasé ‘Are you aware he has a heart murmur?’ I was shocked! ? Umm … no and had that been brought to our attention we wouldn’t have proceeded with anesthesia. Another absolutely mortifying experience for our family dealing with Linder Pet.Our dogs Blood work also had red flags which I only discovered after I requested it be sent to me for the oncologist to view. Yet, I was told ‘he’s perfectly healthy’ after several visit for the past few years ? When Linder was asked about this and the other poor treatment our Dog received they didn’t even apologize or offer sympathy. Shouldn’t have been that surprised at this point because they couldn’t even be bothered to call and confirm his cancer (notify us) and we discovered this over email when reviewing his records. Our dog was transferred to West Vet for his end of care life care (amazing experience with them! ❤️) BUT had we got into them sooner, without the delay from Linder Pet … we were informed we would have had more options for surgery and cancer treatment. Unfortunately it was too late though ? and our precious boy crossed his rainbow bridge shortly after.***As mentioned this is my own personal experience with Linder Pet. I would never trust another pet with them, but I do have something funny to add. If/when you call them out (like I did because our pet received substandard care)… Linder will just ban you from the clinic ? No joke, they won’t even answer general questions on pricing to compare against other clinics in the area ?I called today just to ask general questions on pricing for a new puppy to compare against others clinics in the treasure valley and was informed ‘you’ve been banned from the clinic and we can’t answer questions’ ? Maybe you should have given my Dog better treatment and I wouldn’t have had to call you out that he received a very poor standard of care.Linder Pet: if/when you’re reading this review as I was never informed until today that I was ‘banned’ only 6 months into our (paid in full) pet plan I’ll be expecting a refund for the second half of 2023 which you have charged us for and denied treatment via ‘banning our animal’. You’re welcome to call me. I’m sure you’re figure out who this is ?

Over the last 40 yrs we have interacted with many exceptional veterinarians. However, Linder pet care has proven to be the very best that we have encountered. The staff and drs are professional, well trained and kind to our pets. We won’t be going anywhere else. They are the BEST

Atrocious service. Actually, my pet wasn't even seeing here because they require you to have your pet be seen by one of their vets to have an echocardiogram. My dog had already seen his vet and had multiple studies that show he now needs the ultrasound. This facility is greedy and shows a lack of sympathy for animals that need the exam done but they won't unless they can increase the bottomline. The customer service is terrible in that they provide inconsistent information so customers fall in the trap.Edited review:The facility replied making reference to a "standard of care" but don't provide any reference to that or any applicable law if any exists. Apparently the standard of care is having an ill pet wait months to be seeing and then have the echocardiogram......good thing there is no such thing as medical malpractice in veterinary that I'm aware of. Maybe that would help curb the out of control prices and greedy practices like the ones at this facility just read a recent negative review from someone that actually had a pet seeing there.
