I blame myself, I should have checked before coming here. The exterior wash is fine and price is in line with competitors, but if you want to clean anything inside your car, this just isn't the place. The vacuums are decent, but there are no mat washers of any kind. And the towels you use to get rid of water spots at pretty much any other car wash? None of those here.
Also the first time I've been asked to tip at an automated car wash. The attendant was nice enough... but I saw him for maybe 30 seconds?
I can't imagine a reason I'd go back here over pretty much any other car wash in the area.

I was hoping for an above par experience with the price of the washes. However, I was disappointed, to say the least. I opted for the most expensive wash, which was $26, and then the employee asked if I wanted to tip the workers. Although I was really sure what I was tipping for, I was like sure and gave them $2. He thanked me for the tip and said, "Enjoy the wash." I then pulled around to where the next employee waived at me and directed me onto the track where she sprayed down the front of the vehicle and sent me through. Pull out of the wash and into the free vacuums to dry the car completely. Unfortunately, there are no towels available to do such a task. There are only vacuums, air hoses, and trash cans. My car definitely wasn't as clean as I'd hoped it would be given the price, and I had to drive off with it still wet. However, the tires are really shiny now, so there are no complaints about that part of the wash! Overall, it was just disappointing to pay a high price for mediocre quality.

We had some wonderful service from an handsome employee named Jonah Lewelling. He helped us figure out an issue with the payment system in the most helpful manner. He also did a great job guiding us in and left us with a smiley on the windshield. Many thanks!
