We stopped by with a specific RV in mind and Derek showed us one that was similar before we located the one we were looking for in the lot. We appreciated how personable he was and gave us all the time we needed to look through things before making our decision to buy. coming from a hundred miles away and wanting to return home without extra trips, everyone at Uncharted pulled together to get us off the lot with our new travel trailer the same afternoon we arrived. The transaction was smooth, and the service department stepped up on short notice that Friday afternoon to make sure we left with the trailer cleaned, checked out for operations, and everything in order. Just when we were locking up the door on the trailer to leave about closing time, my wife noticed the tumbler was broken on the trailer door. Oops, but Juan in service to the rescue again, he changed out the entire door lock to a new one in record speed and we were down the road. Thanks Uncharted! You earned your 5-star rating once again. Bob.

My experience with Uncharted Recreation was great. I initially spoke with Mike, who had personal experience with the same trailer I was looking at (and same tow vehicle). He was able to answer a bunch of my questions and make a recommendation on a brake controller.
From there Mike passed me over to Parker who made an incredibly in depth impromptu YouTube video showing every aspect of THE trailer I was going to buy. Not a similar one, the exact one. He also served as my point of contact in the week leading up to my purchase.
When I showed up on the lot, Parker introduced me to Micah who is one of the techs. Micah was also super thorough and took me through the trailer and showed me every feature, switch, etc. as well as sharing his personal experience with his trailer from the same manufacturer. He also got the everything hooked up for me so I could leave as soon as paperwork was finished.
Last I met with Eddie who made sure the paperwork was all squared away and I was legal to get on the road.
Everyone was super cool and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend Uncharted Rec to anyone looking to purchase a camper!

I had a wonderful experience at Uncharted Recreation. Parker was our salesman and he answered all of my questions about the motorhome I was interested in. He sent a video beforehand and shared information with me before I saw the unit both in cell calls as well as text. I flew in to Meridian to see the rig before we made a decision. Parker picked me up at my hotel as well as drove me back to the airport after I saw the rig. Parker was direct and honest in my interactions with him and negotiated a fair trade in value for our rig. I felt no pressure in making my decision but felt I had all of the information I needed to make my decision.
Everyone at the dealership was accommodating and helpful, including the owner of the dealership, the head mechanic, Juan who walked through the new unit with us to explain all the particulars and Arturo, the make ready representative, who helped us transfer our possessions from our current Jayco Seneca to the new Jayco Seneca. I found Uncharted Recreation to be a very honest and customer supportive individually owned dealership. I highly recommend Uncharted Recreation. Every employee is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. It was a wonderful experience.

Thank you to Parker at Unchartered Recreation for making my first buying experience a great one. I appreciated Parker's knowledge and support. The first time I met Parker, I had specifically come to see a particular trailer. Unfortunately, the trailer wasn't at the dealership that day so Parker drove me to an off-site location so I could still see it. It rained the whole time but Parker wasn't phased.
