My cat, Gravy, has past away over the weekend. I was able to bring him in to Memorial Pet Care on Monday morning and after being cremated, he was back home before the end of the week. They were kind, compassionate and caring and I really appreciated their care and attention they provided to me and my cat during an extremely difficult time for me.

We had our family pet put down over two months ago and our vet sent our pup here to be cremated. We have had to call a few times to get the status. Was told last week we would have our pup back Friday 6/16 and still nothing. When you are paying for a service and you’re told 4 weeks and it ends up being over two months, and we have to be the one calling to find out what’s going on…there is something wrong with that. They should be calling us to let us know what the deal is. Not happy at all with how delayed it has been and the run around we seem to be getting.

Our sweet cat Boo passed away after 16 years of life. I’ve always used my veterinarian for their cremation services, spending over $350 easily.I opted to try Memorial Pet Care as an alternative. I wanted a more one on one interaction, and the let the owner know how loved Boo had been to our family. From the first phone call I met Angie, the owner of the place. She was so kind, working with our schedules. She had urns, Memorial pieces, plaques and glasses and fired paw prints that includes Boo’s name in an appropriate font. The total cost as we added on an engraved plaque, a paw print, and more, with our bill under $200.Our experience was stellar, A+++ from beginning to end. Such a professional and tender touch that I’d never experienced before. We never felt rushed, her advice was wise spot on.She is spot on the greatest in her industry. She even goes out and picks up large animals and horses, I can’t recommend her.enough.

I have had two of my fur babies cremated by this company and they’re so respectful and you can tell they truly care about the loss you’re going through. I love that they state that your pet was handled with the utmost respect and dignity. It really helps during the hard time. I miss my boy so much❤️

I lost my best friend of 15 years on July 16/2021 to cancer. My vet (All creatures animal hospital) uses your service so when I went and picked up his ashes I could tell you care about taking good care of our loved ones. A beautiful wooden box & his paw print also had his name beautifully written. The display of his hair as well. Thank you so very very much for making it a little easier during a difficult time.

Wonderful care was taken in the cremation and the care to our family was above and beyond. The loss of a fur family member can be just as devastating and this process takes a special type of person to help you navigate and understand the grief ? we feel. Thank you Jen for your kind words and for going the extra mile in getting our sweet Gizzy. He will forever be missed. Go rest high on the mountain Gizzy. We will be with you again one day. All our love your family. March 15 2008 to January 22 2021.
