Medicap compounded a prescription for me when my usual pharmacy was out of stock for weeks. They were quick to get the prescription ready & the staff was very friendly when I picked it up. After using the medication for a few days I had a question which they answered and explained completely. I really like them & will them again.

Great pharmacy! I had a prescription for a compounded medication so I went to Medicap.Their customer service is super. ⭐⭐⭐ Someone called me the day they received the script from the doctor and told me what day he expected to have it ready along with an estimate of the cost with a 30 days and a 90 day supply.He told me he would call me on a the day he expected to have them ready to let me know and that's exactly what he did. In that voicemail he also reminded me of the cost and let me know to contact them with any changes but that otherwise it would be ready at 5pm.Definitely very happy with everything and it's such a breath of fresh air for a pharmacy to go over and above. It's a smaller pharmacy so you get individual care and the employees are all helpful and kind.

Hands-down the best Pharmacy! Of all the pharmacies ever used in multiple states, Medicap is absolutely head and shoulders above the rest. Great staff, available staff - you always get a definitive answer and they’re ALWAYS happy to provide excellent customer service. The difference is in the staff. Adequate staffing and a focus on customer service really shows.

This place is terrible one guy is a complete moron Jim I called and made a complaint a supervisor was going to call me back never did just a nightmare I would never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

I want to sing the loudest praises of this place!2023 was an EXTREMELY hard time for our family. I gave birth to a perfect, cute, tiny, very sick micropreemie baby who spent 5 mos total in the ICU this year.Safe to say, we have a little trauma.After the year we had we were excited to spend Christmas with my in laws and my husband was excited to come home for the first time since our boy was born. We packed our baby and trekked 500 miles for him to come home.AANNNDDD..... I forgot my babies medication. He has some medical complexities and one of his medications is not only rare, but given via feeding tube.The day after Christmas I called Dr Maddie and you fine folks. Not only could she find the medication and make it, she felt comfortable making it in a pediatric dose. Somehow, instead of the 48 hours it takes our home pharmacy to make meds, she had it done, billed to my out of state insurance, and ready to go in 3ish hours.Blessed is an understatement. So is grateful. Nothing is worse for a medical mom than being tossed back into a scary situation like this, and with this team, the problem was quickly fixed.Blessed is an understatement. As is grateful.The whole team of strangers treated me and my son life family. They jumped through ALL of the hoops to take care of my boy. We didn't have to cut our vacation short because of my mistake. My baby is safe because of them!I know, dunce move that I forgot his meds, but, like Dr Maddie said, mistakes happen, and problems can be solved. Turns out, she the best at solving them!I couldn't recommend Dr Maddie and this team more!I'm not moving to Boise to use them as our pharmacy, but I can't say I didn't think about it!All our love,The Willis Family

This is the best pharmacy in idaho , I have been a loyal customer for 21years. We've used others but hated them , because your just a number. Medicap staff are always nice and will answer any questions. The pharmacist will recognize and recommend that some medications will need vitamins to help you stay healthy.
