“All the other labs...it's a gamble. "Will the phlebotomist be skilled and kind, or will they be new and/or indifferent?" But not at Quest--skilled, kind, professional folks. I hate the needle, but it's never been an issue for me at Quest. My last visit, as I was leaving I realized the needle wasn't even an issue (that's new).”
