Jeremy was an absolute legend; he was super kind and worked fast to get our computer back up and running. It turned out to be something simple that we hadn't been able to figure out and he didn't even charge us for it. I know we'll definitely be back for any other computer diagnostics and fixes we'll need in the future!

Jeremy came out to my office to try and help diagnose a computer issue I was having with sound and software. I have a computer I bought from someone that built it himself and didn't do the best job. Jeremy was informative and provided excellent customer service. He wasn't able to fix the problem at my office and gave me great recommendations on what to do moving forward. Lastly, he didn't charge me for the visit as he wasn't able to correct my problem at my office. Really appreciated that. If you have computer issue's, I recommend these guys.

I have used Mad Hatter a couple of times now and both times they were extremely helpful and were able to get through my issue very quickly. If I ever have an issue with my computer again, I will definitely be reaching out to them.

Jacob Mylan of Madhatters Tech came to my house fixed a printer that was giving me fits. He had it fixed in 10 minutes. I would give 5 stars Plus Plus.He was very pleasant and professional.Howard

I recommend everything that this place has to offer. The staff is fantastic. Story time, I had a hard drive that became nonfunctional and I couldn’t access it on any device and Madd Hatter Techs LLC was able to access the hard drive and recover my my irreplaceable moments and photos. Thank you so much for the great work and being readily available to help!!!!Thank you again!!

I have known Jeremy bell for over 15 years closer to 12:00 good guy always helped us out. My ex-wife is going to college or computer got stolen he was able to help us out getting one. At a good price. I'd recommend this man for anybody.

a friend told me about Mad Hatter Techs and i called Jacob and set an appointment up and he set a remote system up for my book keeper in less then ten minuets these guys are awesome ..and it should have been a min service fee and he waved the fee...thanks guys i really appreciate the help...(:
