Shout out to Megan! My daughter looked absolutely beautiful and flawless for her senior portraits! We had the absolute best service and wonderful experience because of Megan. Megan was a true professional and so very generous with her time & attention. She gave us the full service! We went in for the essentials and walked out with a full face. After learning that we were heading to her senior photo shoot, Megan went the extra mile♥️ That was unexpected. Thank you, Thank you Megan!! My daughter felt so glamorous and confident. Your artistry really highlighted her natural beauty and she looked absolutely incredible in all her photos.

I'm really not one to leave bad reviews on anything cause I think that's petty but I just couldn't like shake this off because of how appalled I was. When I was in the store they made it very obvious I looked like I was up to no good. Like they treated me like I was trying to steal something without flat out telling me that I looked like I'm trying to steal. I thought it was just me but I asked my sister who was there with me if I was just going crazy but she said she felt the exact same way and felt very unwelcomed. Cause I saw an employee keep staring at me through a mirror, it was so weird. I would've given a 1 but another employee was rather nice. Just an overall weird experience. Couldn't even buy anything cause I couldn't be left in peace to browse arroyos without shady looks being thrown at me.

Super FRUSTRATED!!! They lied. I reluctantly agreed to give them my email address after they assured me I would not get bombarded with emails. I'm more than bombarded!!!! Even after unsubscribing to everything. I am getting more than one email per day!I will not buy from this store again.

So something happened a few weeks ago that is still bugging me, so I think it’s worth mentioning. I visited the store on black Friday weekend and loaded up on foundation, eyeshadow, lipstick and lip liner. It’s worth mentioning that I hadn’t purchased any MAC products in a few years, and not for any particular reason, but this was my first experience coming back. When I got home and put on one of the lipsticks, I didn’t like the color. I had also placed an additional on line order after my initial store visit, and didn’t care for that lipstick either. So I believe it was December 20th when I went back to the store to exchange the lipsticks, as I was leaving the next day for Nashville. When I entered the store, there was only one sale person, Vanessa, who was helping someone at the makeup counter on the other side of the lipstick. I wasn’t acknowledged with a “Hello, I’ll be right with you” so I immediately went to the lipstick area to start looking for replacement colors. About 5 minutes later, Vanessa did greet me and assist me with trying on some new colors. When we went to the register to do the exchange though, there was an issue. Although I am in their system as a member, Vanessa could not locate my online order, so I couldn’t get credit for that lipstick. She gave me a phone number to call and resolve the issue. She also told me that if I could find my order number, she could track it that way. So the first thing I’m wondering is why she couldn’t have just made that call for me while I was in the store, since I was the only customer in the store? I live a half hour from the store, so I ended up having to make a return trip after I located the order number at home. But to me this was not the worst of the experience. During the time that Vanessa was helping me at the lipstick area, a piece of the buckle fell off of my Burberry purse. I didn’t think much of it, and just picked up the piece and put it in my purse. When I got home and looked at it to try to fix it, I noticed that there were two tiny screws (similar to those on sun glasses) that had held the buckle in place. Luckily one fell inside my purse, but the other was missing. So I called the store and asked Vanessa if she could check the floor in the area that the piece had dropped, knowing it would be difficult, if not impossible to find a replacement screw. Vanessa said she was with someone but would check afterwards. Two hours later I called back and spoke with her again. Her reply was “Nothing has ‘turned up’ but I’ll call you if it does.”. It was obvious by that verbiage that she hadn’t actually looked for it. I knew if it wasn’t found today it would be lost for the ages and my pricey purse would be rendered unusable, so I sent my husband on a half hour drive back to the store to look for it. When he arrived, there were still no customers and now TWO sales associates just standing around chit-chatting. He asked about the screw, and just as Vanessa started to answer, he spotted it right there on the ground by her foot, thus proving she couldn’t even be bothered to look for it. Needless to say, I was furious. Who does that, especially someone in customer service?! Fast forward to today when I went back with my order number for the online lipstick order. Megan was accommodating, but it was a hassle. The computer was down and she had to call somewhere to get the credit and was not able to give me any type of written confirmation other than a post it note with confirmation #31231414 written on it. Four hours later, I’ve gotten no email confirmation that the credit is being processed, so I’m still skeptical. But the point is, had Vanessa cared enough about her job or MAC’s customers, she would have called for me when I was there and I wouldn’t have been dealing with more aggravation today. Needless to say, I’m not sure I’ll be visiting the store any time soon, and I most assuredly would not allow Vanessa to be my sales person or make any commission off of me.

This little MAC shop is tucked into a cozy corner at the Meridian Village, a quaint destination shopping center in Meridian. Having read that their lipsticks are highly rated I wanted to check out the colors. I'm giving 5 stars because the 2 young clerks were so helpful and also for the fact you can actually try the products on your lips. The clerk sanitized each one beforehand. The colors are varied and richly saturated but unfortunately I just didn't find a color I loved for my 70 year old lips.

Upon approaching, I couldn’t believe how courteous the staff were. Some of the best customer service I received. I purchased the Mac Fix+ which is probably my favorite makeup setting spray ever. My only con is that since the pandemic started, I’m unable to swatch eyeshadow nor are the sales associates able to swatch themselves with eyeshadow. I went into Mac with the intent of purchasing a customizable palette. I wish they would allow customers to swatch or at least allow the sales associates to swatch. Either way, my experience here was relatively great. I will definitely be back.
