I walked in was immediately greeted and the girl asked if I needed help finding anything. All I said was no I'm good just restocking on things because I'm almost out but thanks though. She immediately looked at me and said with so much attitude " okay Jesus sorry for asking" I just ignored her and grabbed a few things off the shelf and she was just standing less than an inch from me and following me around. I told her I just have one more thing to grab can you give me some space. And she said no!!!!! Like what??? So I started shopping online on the Lush app! Don't want to walk into a store and feel harassed!

Came for a demo about skin care and I could not have learned more while haveng for fun then with these ladies. Sam, Josie, Mana, Aryan, and Harlee all deserve a raise! Seriously those they did amazing!

Rude rude RUDE. Understanding all the other reviews now. This used to be my favorite store but I may be done with Lush. Too much staff around for them disappear as soon as you want to cash out. Bubbly and happy with one customer offering samples to rude af to another. Avoid this store like the plague.

Rude staff. Only nice and offers samples to other people. Unwelcoming. Order online. No need for that many associates and them all disappearing when it's time to be at the register. Take your job more seriously.

First of all, this is the absolute most phenomenal Lush store I have been to, the products are amazing and the staff! Omg the absolute best. Everyone was so nice and friendly also very respectful and knew every product by heart, I wish I could stay there all day! Definitely coming back :)

I had such a great experience with Josie. I came into the store looking to upgrade my bath routine to help improve my stress management. Josie was incredibly thoughtful and knew products that would help with soreness and aches. Later she would show me this massage bar that has been delightful and hydrating. Just a wonderful addition to feel all buttery smooth while being kind to myself. Also, Josie gave me full experience of face masks and explained what would fit my routine possibly. It was really nice because I got to try out the masks. Josie went out of her way to let me guide the shopping experience while answering my needs with care. Thank you Josie!

Heather was extremely helpful in helping me find some products that will hopefully work out for me. I explained to her how I have very sensitive skin and also sensitive to strong scents/smells. She went above and beyond and took those things into consideration and helped me find a bunch of products to try. She helped me test a bunch in store and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy at all. I can’t wait to go back and update her on how everything works!

I travel all over the U.S., so I've been to many LUSH locations, but this store is my favorite, my "home store". The attendants are so helpful, and Mana in particular was quite helpful to me yesterday in trying out and choosing a variety of products. I will come back here again and again when I'm in the area.
