I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I've had enough with Linder Pet. I took my dog in last week for an issue with his ear. He's been there several times prior and even had a procedure that required sedation. This visit they said they didn't have any records and I needed to vaccinate him for rabies; they said law enforcement could get involved if there was ever "an issue." I told them the old vet should have sent records. Dr. Wynne, who we've never seen, came in and immediately started in about the rabies vaccine, before even asking why we were there. She advised me that she couldn't treat him if he wasn't vaccinated, because it was "against the law." I know he was vaccinated in the last couple of years because he stayed at a boarding facility. When I hesitated about giving it to him without knowing is last shot, she asked me why I was, "so against the vaccine" and told me there was no way around it. She said I was putting her at risk if he wasn't vaccinated and refused to touch him if I didn't. I left the office without being seen because I don't appreciate being told I don't have a choice; I have a choice of where I spend my money, and it won't be here again. I immediately called the old vet and scheduled him to be seen. If he is due for the shot, he'll get it if/when it's due. As a side note, our old veterinary office is more expensive, and not as convenient, but obviously you get what you pay for.

Linder Pet is the BEST veterinary practice I have EVER had the pleasure of working with ! We recently had to find a new vet for ongoing critial care for 2 senior dogs after being treated poorly and robbed of thousands of dollars by Hendricks Vet and Linder has blown my mind with how amazing and flexible and professional they are ! And their pricing is actually AMAZING and affordable!!!! They truly are in it for the animals not the money and go wayyyyyy above and beyond without being asked to and I reccomend them to EVERYONE !

We love the doctors (Dr. Anderson & Dr. Ormand) and technicians and staff at Linder Pet Medical Our 3 Schnauzers receive excellent care at reasonable prices. First we brought 8 year old Brandy here for a dental cleaning. They did a great job with no complications or concerns. We joined the $300/yr program that includes her dental cleaning, immunizations, office visits, and more! So we brought our 12 year old Martini in. Again excellent care. Dr Anderson discovered high liver enzymes and urinary crystals. He's now on a different diet and medication...recheck of his condition is in 2 weeks so we hope for good results. Now Holly our 15 yr old is drinking a lot of water and lost her appetite. We brought her in today and Dr Ormand gave her a physical check and ordered blood work. Because she's on the wellness plan, todays visit was completely covered. My dogs were previously with River City where they received great care and the vets are excellent...but their costs and up selling of extra services was excessive. I highly recommend Linder Pet

I like to think I am a likable guy and a good veterinarian. I certainly love what I do, and hope that it shows. We strive to have a culture of open down to earth medicine at all our clinic locations. We are focused on increasing the health and lifespan of all our pets.

I'm loving this new (for us) vet so far. With 5 very spoiled dogs (3 Yorkies and 2 English Labradors), finding good quality and reasonably priced care is essential! So far, zero complaints. I've seen two of the doctors, had one pet surgery, one teeth cleaning with extractions, ear infection treatment, and shots and exams for all five. My dogs typically hate going to the vet, but almost all of them warmed right up (I had one hold out - but he's just special). The gals in reception and the vet tech were also very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take your pets here if you care about their well being! I came here with the hopes they could figure out what the rash was on my dogs stomach. They told me it was just a little "skin irritation". They prescribed me two different medications that didn't seem to do anything. He seemed to be getting worse & I kept taking him in. They kept telling me he was fine, well it got so bad one morning I had to rush him to All Valley in the early am for an emergency! Fast forward one month LPM pretty much gave up and pawned us off to another vet. West Vet did all they could regardless off being one month behind on my dogs injury. We had to put our sweet boy down & couldn't even get an "I'm sorry for your loss" from Linder Pet Medical ( and we know they were aware of our dog since WestVet told them what happened). I'm sure they will comment on this review trying to "defend themselves" but they know what they did & I couldn't even get an simple apology.

Had to cancel my membership after being on their wellness program for 2 years. Things got worse with every visit. I am not doubting their Veterinary knowledge, but their customer service is terrible. I understand the times we are in right now, but being in sales myself I am thankful to have been working every day. I am blessed to have my job and appreciate my customers I get to work with daily. This has become more about their monthly fees than caring for their clients. Sad actually. Don't know if its just a reflection of all the people moving here or the frustration with all the issues we are dealing with currently. I can literally walk to this clinic, but will be taking my 2 sons elsewhere in the future. Unfortunte how this place treats it's so called members.

The vets are actually just fine, it's the service I'm not overwhelmed with. It's way too busy and getting in is quite difficult, be prepared to make appts months ahead, even though you've already prepaid for the procedure months and months ahead. Also when I called to make an appt about getting my dog neutered they wouldn't answer their phone or return my message, instead they tried to schedule via text...I personally don't want to text back and forth with my vet trying to find a time that works for us both... just answer the phone.

Linder Pet Care had been providing all of our veterinary needs for our dog Georgie when he became immobile and couldn't make visits to the veterinary office. When we recently had to say goodbye to Georgie, Dr. Ormond and his staff were extremely kind and caring. They made a very difficult time better by treating our dog, and our family, with the highest respect. They will always have our gratitude for the excellent mobile services and the gentle care they provide.

I have been going here for years now and have learned who to trust here and who not to. Dr. David is rude, unprofessional and does not treat my animals nicely at all. He just seems like he doesn't care. I love his son Dr. Robert. He is super nice and great with my animals. David never shows up on time and doesn't even call to let us know that he was going to be late. If Robert ends up being late he calls and gives us an ETA. He was also too scared to check out my dog's teeth (when that was the reason to the appointment) because he was worried she was going to bite him.... she a chihuahua! She had never been anyone and showed no sign of aggression! I have told the office to never have David come to my place anymore. I still love my vet I am just so fed up with Sr.

Update: We just went to another vet and found out our puppy has infections in both of her ears and they were clogged up with a ton of gunk. When I told Dr. David she had been scratching at her ears, he still did not look at them. Had Dr. David done his job, we probably could have caught it much sooner. Very disappointed!

Dr. Ormond is the best vet I have ever had! I have had 4 different dogs see him over the years both in his clinic and at our home. He is kind and compassionate and so helpful. Even when we had to put down our 15 year old cocker spaniel, he came to our home and helped us through the grieving process. He is amazing and has a great staff!
