The woman I spoke to was not friendly and the gentleman I spoke was alittle nicer. But in my opinion they both had attitudes like I was a bother to them. After reading Consumer reviews I am so thankful I didn't get approved for the loan saying I was pre-selected for $5500.00. Maybe they were having a bad day. I hope this isn't their normal.

Not only did they help when credit issues were apparent, but when my husband lost his job...they were there to help in what ever way they could. Our struggle was very real and they treated us with dignity and respect while working through it. I definitely recommend this company for anyone who is just starting out, or established. They are fair and professional.

I love the comment that Lendmark Financial has terrible customer service because someone's boyfriend called after hours and they didn't answer! HA! I have had 3 different loans through Lendmark. They gave me a chance when I was trying to rebuild my credit and no one else would. Their customer service is great! Great bunch of people there! Very satisfied!

I have been one of the worst loan customers you could imagine, I have a crazy schedule and an even crazier life situation so it has been difficult for me to make consistent on time payments and recently lost my job. Rob and Susan have been so amazing and patient with the craziness that is my life and in some of the most chaotic times in my life they have been understanding an willing to help me every step of the way. High risk finance companies have a really bad and sometimes warranted reputation but this does not apply to these guys. I don't know where I would be without their help and I could never thank them enough.
