I've been a monthly unlimited member for several years now. They used to be great, but something happened at some point in the last several months (summer of 2023). They are now incredibly slow; expect an hour wait for interior (used to be 20-40 minutes max), customer service isn't the same, quality isn't the same. Used to be a 5/5 that I raved about to all friends and family. Is now a 3/5 and I can't make the same recommendation anymore. May not hang on much longer if things don't get straightened out.

Not sure what else to say. The absolute WORST "car wash" in all of Idaho. My car was damaged and they completely denied any responsibility. Currently working it out with my insurance company. Hopefully I am able to pass on the deductible to them. I hate this company.

This used to be a great establishment. Since managerial changes a while back, the service has steadily decreased. People are still very friendly but extremely slow. Today I went in for a car wash, including interior and was 1 of two cars there. 35 minutes later I left without them being done. What bothered me the most, there was one guy working on my car, one on the other and 4 standing outside by the entrance horsing around. Ridiculous. How about you guys get inside and actually work? The old managers had this place running smoothly. They were fast, friendly and did a great job. Now, I've been there when it took over an hour to dry and vacuum our car. Totally unacceptable. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS!

Went through the car wash twice and still at the end of the second time was very dirty vehicle. It didn't get any of the bugs off the front at all. There are spots in the vehicle that it seemed like the car wash didn't even hit. The best part about it is the vacuums definitely will not be spending my money here again.

Epic cancelled my membership while I toweled off my truck, and sent me to Metro! A step up in the right direction. Metro will even detail inside and out on a first come first serve basis. Fantastic. They have my business now and I couldn’t be more pleased.Services: Polishing

I was so amazed at the fantastic job they did on my car. I was almost ashamed... I hadn't had it cleaned for a year. When they were done it was almost as if it was detailed. $40 for an inside and out!

Every time I have gone to Metro, I've received excellent service. Their facilities are clean and the waiting area to get the interior cleaned is well stocked with drinks and have comfy couches. They do a good job for what you pay for. If you're looking to get a $400-$500 level detail on your car then you'll be disappointed but for what you pay, it's pretty good.

Came here to get an oil change for the first time and the service was amazing! Really great team and fast service was talking with Emmett and dang that man needs a raise great guy! I will be coming back here for sure!??

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. We used the express lube and express interior today for the first time and both were worth every penny. I could not believe how shiny and new-looking they got my car. EVERYONE was super friendly, helpful and professional. The waiting room is stocked with free coffee, soda, water and popcorn. Plenty of seating to go around. There's even sprayers for the kids to hit the cars going through the wash. You've earned my repeat business and then some. I'll be telling all my friends and family about this place for sure.Services: Polishing

Nice employees. And very helpful. I'd never used a car wash like this before (??...i know.?♀️?♀️?♀️... .)so they had to walk me thru the process and they were very kind and patient with my small town ignorance. Very much appreciated!

$40 to clean the inside and outside of my giant SUV and they did an awesome job! Holy cow this place is life changing. Kids loved the free suckers, soda and water guns. How cool to be able to spray the incoming cars. I won’t go to any other car wash.

This place is the worst. First of all, the price is a total rip off, and then they try to sell you into a monthly membership which is difficult to cancel, if you are going in for just one car wash. It's only three dollars more but good luck ever getting out of it or getting your money back if you forget to cancel it once you realize that the car wash doesn't even get your car clean. Then they do things like keep your mats by accident so you have to drive back across town to pick them up. That happened to us. Anyway, this is all just my personal opinion, but I would definitely steer clear of this place. There's a place called Jay's hand wash in Garden City that did a really good job and they also had vacuuming outside that they did instead of me having to vacuum. Honestly I think it was the same price or less for that full service there.

I always go that least expensive route. It does a good job and I have everything I need to clean up what it doesn't get right there when I vacuum. I've been using the place for years.

The car wash is excellent. I was aggravated though when it opens at 7 , I was there at 745 and told I couldn't get full service till 8. It wouldn't be difficult to include that info on their web site

Worst car wash ever! It took them 1.5 hours. There was at least 4 cars that pulled up after me in different bays, and they were finished before mine! Horrible interior and exterior wash. I asked the guys why it took so long and why people were getting their cars done before mine and all they said was they go by a number on our ticket, bs! Couldn't even dust the dash, wtf is wrong with these pathetic businesses. Not worth time/ money.
