Paid cash for an Audi. We asked them to lower the price since it was on the high end of Kelly Blue book but instead they talked us into a lifetime warranty. If anything was wrong with the car, they would fix it. After about a month, a lot was wrong with the car: ac was broken, back break lights had a wiring issue and continued to burn out, the back seat covers fell off, check engine light kept coming on, it was leaking oil, and so much more.We took it to them to fix the problems week after week. They would keep the car for one to three weeks at a time. They would jimmy rig stuff but the same problems continued to return.Finally, we took it to a professional mechanic not related to JJs and he fixed our car.JJs are nice guys who over price their cars. Do not trust them to fix your car, they lack honesty and ethics.We will never buy a car from them again.

my brakes went out right in front of the shop, so left there to have brakes done, mind you I had a baby six months old at the time in my car, when it was done the next day I drove off, after being told my rotors were replaced and a bill over a grand, six months later when my brakes went out the mechanic showed me my rotors were not replaced and the cheapest brakes possible were put on my car and he let me and my BABY drive off knowing he just took me for about 900 bucks and my brakes would fail again, do not risk your life or others by going here, ohh and when I went to tell him what happened, he claimed I had never been to the shop.....

JJ's delivered! We had a vehicle which was behind on scheduled maintenance... we had put off, getting it done; then planned a vacation and thought we had better take care of it. We called the dealership and almost passed a stone when they gave us a price quote. We called JJ's Auto and they provided a quote which was a bit more realistic, then they worked with us to get us what we needed. We dropped of the vehicle and it was finished ahead of schedule. JJ's has done work on one of my vehicles in the past, with satisfactory results, but now they have earned our loyalty. Thanks Kate and the mechanics at JJ's for your work in making America great again.

I have been using this company for my Ford and my Buick for many years. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I also feel that the price of repair is fair. I don't take my cars to anyone else if they need to be fixed.

We have taken our cars and referred many extended family members and friends to JJ Auto over the past decade. We won't go anywhere else. JJ charges fair prices and can be trusted to only do the work that is necessary. Several times after a local tire shop has told us we urgently need to replace brakes or other parts, we take the car to JJ and find out there is plenty of life left in the parts and the work is not necessary...and are not charged for the check up. Best mechanic ever!!

I've been using this shop for 15 years and will continue to any time I can't fix it myself. Their customer service is beyond anything you'd expect from a shop, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and their pricing is competitive. They always complete the work quickly and communicate along the way. I'm grateful to have found this shop... would recommend them to anyone.

They donated to a great cause going above and beyond to transport a trailer and cleaning out the septic. Our nonprofit needed the camper trailer for an event to help stop human trafficking and provide for girls in need. INsideOUT is very grateful for their generosity and servant-minded leadership! Jason was absolutely wonderful and very honest! When I went in with a throttle sensor going out and the price was more than expected he called before he did the work and made sure I understood what was wrong and answered all my questions. Will be taking all our vehicles to him from here on out!

At 56, this is the first time in my life that I EVER wanted to praise an auto repair shop! I never have been treated more fairly or with more respect than I did a few days ago at JJ AUTO. Jason went way out of his way to accommodate me and in my estimation is a true man of integrity. I finally found a car repair shop that I can trust and I highly recommend JJ AUTO to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced. Two thumbs up guys! Thanks for a great experience!
