I’m very disappointed because I didn’t get to experience what I was looking forward to. I booked a facial & massage in advance & I was looking forward to it as I’ve had a stressful couple weeks. I showed up 15 min early and they told me the person who was suppose to do my services car broke down and can get me in another day. I really didn’t feel any empathy in the moment I was telling the girl working front desk I was really disappointed as I don’t have time to come back and scheduled this at a time that works best for me. I understand things happen but some feedback from the manager or the person proving my service would have been nice.

This was my first time getting acrylics and my nail tech Kaylee absolutely went above and beyond my expectations! she was so kind, funny, and easy to talk to as I am pretty particular when it comes to my nails. I am definitely coming back :)Service: Manicure

Really needed my Brows waxed and was leaving area in a couple days. They were able to schedule me at 4:00pm that day !! Mia took care of me and was funny, personable, courteous, and did excellent work on my Brows ! Thank you !I would Love to come in for the July Facial BUT..I live in Oregon and have returned home ! I do go to Meridian a few times a year as my Sister lives there...so I will be back ! Thank you & I really enjoyed Miah !!!

They basically do not have the staff to get a pedicure. I would not recommend buying a gift card for someone here, too challenging to use it! Girl answering the phone could care less about getting you in .

Absolutely love this day spa and definitely will be back! Booked a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. Each technician had deep knowledge of their craft and truly cared about my experience with them. Inspire has roomy locker and changing rooms, provides slippers and bathrobe, and bonus - has a lovely room with couches and pillows for waiting between procedures. Exactly what I hoped to find in the Valley, and super affordable too. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

My issue is with their website. Too many time's I have been burned. I schedule, take time off work, show up, and there is no appointment. If you have to call to confirm my appointment every time. Then what's the point of having a website to schedule?

Do not buy gift cards from here!! I’ve tried several times to book a massage with a gift certificate I received. They’re so booked out they can’t get me in and then was told they don’t know when they’ll be offering massages again. They refuse to refund me even though they can’t get me the service the gift card was purchased for. I used to love this place it’s really gone down hill the last few years.Service: Massage

Purchased a $100 gift card to use towards a massage for one of my wife's christmas presents, and when she went to book an appointment, they said they wouldn't have anything available for months due to employee issues. When we requested a refund, they refused. Shady business.

I've been a customer of Inspire for at least 2 years, maybe even 3 at this point. They used to be amazing, but I'm not sure what's happened recently. The weekend before Thanksgiving they cancelled my pedicure an hour before I was supposed to come in, due to a staff emergency, which I totally understood but they never offered to reschedule. I made another appointment last weekend for tomorrow, Monday the 5th. Yesterday I again received a message stating they will have to cancel my pedicure. At least they offered to reschedule this time but I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. I don't like having to jump through hoops to get a pedicure and a brow wax on a regular basis.Service: Pedicure

My sister and brother purchased a 200 dollar gift certificate for my adult daughters birthday gift. She scheduled for the first time to have a massage and when she drove in from kuna was told they had an employee issue and she would have to reschedule. She did reschedule and showed up to the male employee telling her the masseuse had family issues and had to leave early. She could reschedule or take a shorter massage from someone who wanted to leave as soon as possible. She asked for the cash to be refunded for the gift certificate because twice now they canceled on her and was told they don't offer refunds(even though the gift certificate doesn't say no refunds.). Also when it was issued the salon put the date of the purchase as the expiration date. My daughter was very upset and the mas was yelling at her. So she came to me. I called and spoke with a nice lady who explained they fired the first masseuse on the day of my daughter's first appointment and the second time they canceled was due to the masseuse having a family emergency. She told me they don't even do hair at this point. Then offered a free massage to compensate my daughter for the inconveniences... she reluctantly agreed and on the day of that massage was told , while in the waiting room, that the masseuse was running late from another appointment and would be 45 minutes late to take her. She gave me the gift certificate and told me to just get product with it because she will never go back. I went in today and took up 5 bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Explained to the man I had 200 on a gift certificate and needed to spend it. None of the bottles were priced. The too large ones were 30 each ,He told me, but after ringing up the two smaller ones (one being the small pump version of the large refill shampoo) told me I was at 197 already.. I put the last bottle back as he bagged up my 4 bottles and he never included a receipt. I feel he just stole over 100 dollars from me but hope no one else makes the mistake of going there to experience the unprofessional and frankly criminal behavior. For 200 dollars we only got 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 of conditioner. One large refill and one pump bottle each.Service: Massage

By far the best massage I have ever had. I've had my fair share of massages at other day spas around the Treasure Valley, corporate chains, all over the U.S. and out of the country. Janaye did an amazing job! She is the epitome of a wellness THERAPIST! Definitely will be returning and sending others their way.

I would be unable to use this business as a friend of mine was completely disrespected and let’s say basically robbed by them. 3 canceled or delayed appointments on the spas behalf. This is not how people treat customers if they expect to stay in business. Huge fail.

Had a friend visit from out of town so booked us a spa for pedicure. Such a disappointment. The technician for some reason felt she needed to remove my normal nail polish with a dremel and it was not pleasant. Quality was subpar and polished chipped within a week. Skip this place for a pedicure!

Just had a facial and eyebrow touch up from Kate, she was amazing! Very gentle when doing my eyebrows with little to no redness after wax:) She was very knowledgeable, professional and very intuitive, my jaw was hurting and she must have felt that because she started working it out and my neck area, I never had that before from an Esti! The holistic products used made it such a therapeutic experience, I was glowing, relaxed, and will definitely come back to Kate. Melissa the front desk women is very professional, friendly and inviting as well Very clean facility, love it!

Went in for a prenatal massage and all of the staff up front was very nice and offered me something to drink. My only problem was with their newer hire Theresa S. I was told she had performed prenatal massage before but didn't seem to be ready when I arrived and I needed to help her put the pregnancy bolster in position. After everything was settled and I was on the table she left the room again and didn't close the door behind her. Having had several massages before I wasn't super impressed with the massage I got. I also had an issue when towards the end of the massage she went to flip me over so I was lying on my back and insisted on taking the bolster out from under me, reaching under the sheeting exposing my top half in doing so. Overall I just felt very stressed and uncomfortable by the end of my treatment. I tried to get ahold of management to let them know how not okay all of these issues were and the woman at the front desk did what she could but I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.Service: Massage
