Had our wrx and street bike detailed here last week. Scheduling and servicing was extremely quick and easy. Turn around time was next day. The guys were very enthusiastic and truly seem to enjoy working on the cars and making them look great.The ceramic coating and claybar service looks amazing on the car. The bike has all the details taken care of also looking great! Will for sure recommend them and be a return customer.

Chris did an amazing job inside and out on my 911. I just picked it up and the paint on this 2004 was rough but he made it look like new. The interior was really dirty but he did a great job. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out

I scheduled a full interior and exterior detail and ceramic coat for my car Friday 9/2. I dropped it off at 10am as they requested and told them they could have it for the full day. I had borrowed another car and worked that out so they could keep my car. They don't close til 7pm. They call me at 4pm telling me my car is done and to come get it. I get there and pay them and tip them, then they tell me that they didn't finish the exterior and that I would have to come back another time and it would take an hour for them to do that. Being as it was 4 and they don't close til 7 I have no idea why they didn't just finish the job I paid in full for on the day of my scheduled appt. I tried to be understanding and asked when I could bring it back, they said anytime. I had a family member hospitalized and had to be at the hospital several hours a day plus I am moving so packing and getting storage and moving furniture also on top of working full time with several deadlines to meet. I'm busy. I don't have time to just go sit there for an hour. So I planned to take my car there today after work and pay for an Uber to take me back to Nampa to pack more and another Uber to drive me back to meridian (2 additional expenses that never should have been considered because they should have done the full job when it was scheduled and paid for). So I get there this afternoon and the guy tells me they are too busy and asks me to bring it back tomorrow at 4. So I wasted another 40 minutes driving back to meridian and then back to Nampa. I am not going to bother wasting more time, gas, and money tomorrow and am just taking the loss on the exterior detail I have already paid and tipped for. I will never return here or recommend it to anyone I know. They have no regard for your time, gas, and money.

Called Chris after getting into town following a long drive from LA. I had so many bugs in the front of the Tesla you could hardly see the paint. He gave me a great price to clean it up and it looked brand new when he was done. He also gave me a super deal on ceramic protection and PPF. It came out perfect and he does a 2 week checkup on the work to assure it stays perfect. Best of all, Chris is super nice and easy to work with. He communicates very well and is super responsive. He's very engaged in his business and cares how the customer feels. Something we don't see often anymore. I'd highly recommend this business and will take my car there in the future.

I had a good experience with InDepth detailing. The interior looked great. The exterior was not perfect to begin with. The only reason I don’t give a perfect 5 is I noticed the door pockets did not get cleaned out well or the door cupholders. Found some old crackers in the map pockets on the center console, windows were a little smudgy only noticeable in the sun and some hard water marks from behind emblems on the truck were still there. Also the back of the cab above the window had water or soap marks as well as the side mirror housings. We are only human but the price was very acceptable. I recommend pulling it out in the sun and giving it another glance before calling it complete.

Took my brand new Integra in for PPF and ceramic coat to protect it from the daily commute. The service is above and beyond! I am from out of town and they were accommodating of the days I could bring the car in. The car looks beautiful! My husband had his black Ram pickup ceramic coated and it was flawless! I trusted my brand new C-8 Corvette to Indepth Detailing and I'm not disappointed. Danyelle was a pleasure to work with offering great communication through the process in a professional and efficient manner along with the other staff. Today I had my 2021 Subaru Ascent Ceramic coated with a 5-year warranty! It came out absolutely AMAZING! I'm so happy with their work, I've scheduled my 2020 Tesla Model 3 for the same treatment next Monday. Both Adam and Chris were an absolute pleasure to work. I reached out to in-depth detailing because I did quite a bit of research on who I wanted to wrap my new car with and who offered the best product to do so. I cannot begin to praise this company enough for all their hard work, dedication and time they put into this top to bottom detail and ceramic coating with clear wrap. The team here from start to finish kept me informed, sent me progress photos and I feel they truly put their hearts and dedication into this. Just took my 2023 model 3 performance to indepth for a ceramic coating and partial ppf to protect that beautiful new car paint. They were great to work with, very competitively priced and did a super job. Flexible hours and great communication made pick up and drop off a breeze.
