** no longer relevant, banking here has been an inconvenient hassle since the new year. THEY HELD A CASHIERS CHECK. Ive banked here since 1994, and I'm ending the business relationship. It used to be incredibly easy to bank here. Disappointing.They are always a breath of fresh air, incredibly easy to work with and amazing customer service. They really go above and beyond here.

Perhaps you find out best about a person or a company not by how they treat you when you walk in with millions of dollars but when you have made a mistake they reveal their true personality and ethics. I mistakenly assumed that this building was not occupied and I parked under the awning to avoid the sun while I rearranged my car. The manager of the location came out with a completely hostile if not acrimonious attitude. I was parked in their drive-through but I have no idea when I stoped there that the place was even open. When I explained that there was no sign on the side of the building the woman lied and told me that there was a sign on the opposite side of the drive-through. I apologized I never said a disrespectful word, But this woman wanted to rip on me so I finally asked her "can I apologize?" At that point she left and so did I. I went inside the next day to report to the people in management how hostile this person was, then I was informed that she is the manager and was out to lunch.Think twice.

such a wonderful experience getting a loan here, highly highly recommended! they were patient and answered all my d*** questions and kept me very informed through the process! everyone I worked with was so great in every way!

Be careful, the run your card as a cash advance without telling you, most banks charge a fee for this. If I would have been told this is how they run all card payments I would have done my research with my bank and paid cash instead. Their manager, Nick, hung up on me after repeatedly talking over me. Would never recommend them to anyone and we will never do business with them again. They seem to think all their clients are idiots and don't know what a cash advance is so they don't mention it is basically the answer I got. I understand it's not their problem, but would I have been given the information I would have taken it upon myself to check with my bank. Their manager also said they don't tell customers that because then they think they won't make their payment, so they definitely have their customers best interest in mind clearly...not. They seem to miss the entire point of letting customers know they run cards as a cash advance, in most cases if you're getting a loan you know what a cash advance is and know that you get charged a considerable fee for this. And I thought reliable credit was bad but this is by far the worst customer service Ive experienced, especially from a manager...how embarrassing for her and that company. Thanks for your great customer service, Nick! Keep it up...

Have been a member for over 10 years, primarily utilizing their loan services. Was saddened by my recent experience where a non-refundable, non-negotiable fee was placed on my account. The fee was 5x the amount of the payment due. Will be taking my auto-loan provider elsewhere this October.

My parents have been using the credit union for years and suggested I go through them when I purchased my first car. They were Very easy to work with and gave me a ridiculously low rate. I highly recommend their excellent service. The staff is great and very helpful at answering to any questions, if a person has any doubts or inclinations about the processes used.

Went into the credit union as we were headed to St Lukes hospital and needed some change, the credit union refused to make change since we were not members of the credit union. Would not do business with this company nor recommend them at all......

This place is great, have been using their service for years and not a single problem at all. Rates are great, and the People are very nice there. Been living in Idaho for 10 plus years now, and still happy with them.

Buyer BEWARE! Horrible in every way possible. Don't return calls. Don't respond to emails. Leave you on hold indefinitely. Don't work with other banks. Offer ridiculously high rates and take advantage of every opportunity to get at your money. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review about any establishment ever. Seriously, take your business anywhere but here.

Let me just tell you very friendly staff ready to help you and they know your name most of the time. The Meridian branch which is been super nice lately. Wait for the other shoe to fall off won't let you use their phone at all I feel that was very disgusting of them. Your money is here it's not like you're getting something extra that you just need to use the phone because your cell phone is down. Signed isak
