Buyer beware: Hubble does not have a 2 year investment property exclusion in their new neighborhoods. Additionally they do not enforce the CC&R's you agree to when purchasing. You can expect excessive overnight street parking throughout their neighborhoods. Many renters work on their commercial vehicles in their driveways including semi trucks. So enjoy spending $500k+ for a home in a 1/3 rd rental neighborhood. People parking their cars half way on the street and halfway on the sidewalk. Super disappointing to see brand new neighborhoods looking like apartment complex parking...

Ken likes to lie about different things for your lot and when you try to call him or his boss Alma on it they refuse to respond. Hubble should be ashamed to have these two employees on payroll.

Concrete driveway looks like Humpty Dumpty. Terrible quality. Have been working on getting replaced but just a nightmare dealing with warranty team. Even on other issues they took care of response time was poor. I would not buy from them again and in fact have steered away a family member looking to buy from them recently because of my poor experience with them.

Dishonest. Does not own their issues. Gave us and our neighbors a perpetually flooded back yard. Blamed it on us. Be careful, take alot of pictures before you buy or landscape. Let it rain and see where the water goes before any landscaping is done.

So the corporate office is an office. It has cubicles and staff and it looks like an office.

I would never recommend anyone buy a Hubble home. The sales process was a disaster. We had water pouring through the ceiling within two weeks of moving in. The warranty department was prompt to try and address the problem. Although the repairs were subpar and we were told it’s just cosmetic. We have to wait until the 11 month mark for drywall to come back and fix the wall. I am not impressed with the quality of the home. If I could go back I would not buy a Hubble home.

I had very bad experience with my house that was built in 2004 by hubble home that I did not experienced it with my other house that was built 50 years ago. I regret it and I wish someone told about them before I purchased this house, I would never purchase anything that is built by them again.

Bought a Hubble home in May 2022. Have had an issue with a puddle in the backyard off and on since moving in! Found sprinklers were leaking, paid to fix that because Hubble refused. But still every time it rains or snow melts we get a huge puddle in our backyard. We dug a 14 ft by 4 ft hole to put the trampoline in in hopes it would help with the puddle issue. But now that's full and half our yard is a puddle! We also have a bedroom in our house that drops ***** degrees if the doors shut so no one can sleep in there! Since we bought the house new never lived in but not directly from Hubble they refuse to fix issues. The house finished in March 2022. We bought it in May 2022. Not impressed with quality or customer service.

Huge thanks to Erika Magallon. She is the most amazing real estate professional you will ever meet. She stood side by side with us during our ten month home buying process. She always knew how to make us feel comfortable and safe while purchasing a home during these uncertain times. She went above and beyond in all aspects to make sure we got into the home of our dreams prior to the birth of our first child. She truly cares about the people she works.Another huge thanks to Chris, Wade, and Steve on the construction side of the process. They truly know what they’re doing. They take a lot of pride in what they do and want you to be happy with your purchase. Constant follow up and check ins. Every minor detail was addressed. It’s not often that you see a construction manager actually doing work on the home. Unbelievable experience.Thank you guys so much!

Too many problems with our new home. They are built cheaper than cheap and so far, nothing but problems. Warranty is useless, they come out and they say is "we built it according to code, its your problem now". This "new home" is not a new home, but an old home with problems just about everywhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM HUBBLE EVER. Across the street is CBH homes. Just look at their yards, their streets, and construction sites and you’ll notice night day difference.Hubble homes has construction items all over the street, I cannot access our street, we’ve gotten flat tires due to nails and screws on the street. After we moved in they were supposed to repair items that were done properly done before closing, it’s been 3 months and I haven’t heard from anyone.I contacted warranty as well as the manager ( Alma) and the response I got is: “I didn’t know this was an issue,” when the manager was there during our final walkthrough and we signed a CONTRACT for them to take care of these items. This company is unprofessional, irresponsible, and they ask you to look after people who steal their construction material they leave out in the street, but do not look after their own customers. Once you sign, you’ll never hear anything from them again.

My husband and I are first time Hubble Home buyers. We had a terrible experience with Cheryl. It is baffling that such a large business has someone so incompetent working for them. I do not recommend going through her when buying a home from Hubble.Service: Home building

I do not recommend Hubble for your new home. We bought this home 3 years ago. The bath tub developed a crack in it. When we opened the wall we were shocked to see the tub had no Mortar base and was shimmed with nails. There tub was also never secured to the wall with the screw plates. This size of tub should alway have a mortar base. When we called and spoke to Hubble about it they stated that it was a manufacturing defect. We called Kohler and they came and patched the tub. Well it only lasted a week before it broke completely open. They stated it is due to the install that it is breaking. When we called Hubble back we heard nothing other than it is not cover under the warranty. This is also something that is not covered under the home owners insurance due to it being a builder issue. 5 thousand dollars later we are getting a new tub and tile on our dime. Not only do we have the tub issue we have constantly had water under our house. They came and pumped it out once but told use it was due to the neighbors over watering. We alway have standing water along the fence line all summer long while the rest of the grass burns in the sun due to all of the concrete they left in our yard. And just placed the sod over all the rubble There are places in our house where the drywall was finished so poorly it looks like water bubbles under the paint and the flooring was not secured to the floor around the bath tub. Our man door is so thin you can see daylight through it and it is not painted the same color as all the other doors. When they painted our house they had already put the fence up next to it so when the painters came about 3 weeks after we moved in they just painted around the posts. They did not take them down and paint behind them. They only put one coat of paint on our house also so any tiny amount of pressure scrapes the paint off Our subdivision was supposed to have a playground but they Conveniently forgot to put one in. The list goes on and on. And what do they do about it. Nothing. Worst experience ever. We have built several other houses and have never had this poor quality and customer service. It’s just sad!

I've learned the hard way that Hubble Homes can not be trusted , nor do they hold to there word.Hubble Homes tore up my front yard to trench over to the new build they were doing next door to my home, When I asked if they were goi g to take care of repairing the damage to the Lawn I was informed yes they would take care of the issue. We found out that when they trenched my yard they damage the sprinkler line, after contacting Hubble Homes they finally sent someone out about two weeks later and repaired the line, but for some unknown reason they tore up a lot more lawn then they needed to.Once again contacted them for the Lawn repair, after a couple of months they sent someone to repair the lawn, all they did was placed old used brown sod, again contacted Hubble Homes about the brown Sod, they sent someone out and replaced with green sod, but at the same time I kept asking about the repairing of the trenching they did to my yard. After about 3 months later , the final response from Hubble Homes was that I was to go buy seed and fertilizer myself and repair it myself. Wow !!! Plus don't even get me started on how many phone calls I made to Hubble Homes and NOT ONE SINGLE phone call returned. We also had during this time a heavy rain fall, which caused a massive amount of mud and water to flow from the property behind us straight through my back yard around both side of the house, out the front yard into the street, when I spoke to Hubble Homes people, 4 different ones, we found out that when Hubble Homes graded the property next door they graded over the property behind us drainage ditch, caused all the mud and water to flow through my yard! The individuals from Hubble Home stated that they would take care of the mud issue that was left behind my back yard, even if it meant replacing with Sod and that they would work with the farmer of the property behinds us so that we wouldn't have to worry about it. We kept hearing for over two months that they would take care of the issue, after a couple of months , phone calls, emails Hubble Homes back tracked with that it was the farmers fault for the mess and that I had to work with the Farmer. Again Hubble Homes filled in the farmers drainage ditch when they graded the property to build on it and Hubble Homes never took care of putting the drainage ditch back in place!! Farmers fault, No way!!!!Don't trust Hubble Homes, they only care about getting your Money!!!!
