Worst store ever, the staff is horrible, they don’t help and have a bad attitude, they don’t charge the proper prices and don’t apply the right discounts. Ruins the experience of shopping. The Village deserves better. If I was the manager I will make a good clean up.

2 days ago, a customer brought inside a very big pit bull. She was standing with him next to changing rooms. Dog was wailing , barking and making strange unsettling noise. I was terrified to walk out of changing rooms and walk past it. I have never seen this in any H&M shop in Europe.

Got a nice orange puffer vest from here. Super nice store, workers were very nice, and the atmosphere was pretty chill and relaxed. Definitely will be doing more shopping here whenever I make it to Boise again.

I have a discount card from my sister who worked there, and when I tried to use it, one of the employees took it away from me in a really condescending, rude manner. My sister was given three cards for friends and family discount, I had my own card with my legal name (and showed my license to prove it was me), and according to the fine print, it is valid until January. I wasn’t trying to buy a ton a clothing, it was a simple pair of jeans and a plain t shirt, just $40 worth of clothes. I would understand if the fine print matched what the lady said and it truly was expired, but it’s still completely valid. She gave no good explanation as to why she took it. I have used this card at other locations of H&M and have never had a problem before. She snatched the card, and left my boyfriend, myself, and the cashier helping us feeling really awkward and embarrassed. I would give zero stars if I could.

Good place to get clothing a bit different from the typical stuff you'd find in every other clothing store. Color palettes are a little more pastel than usual in the men's section which is sometimes needed. Not much branding on the clothes which is great. Customer service is basically non existent but welcome if you want to be left alone lol
